Kroger pick up question

On the Kroger report for pickups there is a question as to whether you received a message when you submitted the order and then again when the order was ready. I always get a confirmation of the order. I also get an email each time saying to remember to pick up my order with the times designated which I consider a message that my order is ready. There is nothing in the shopper guidelines as to whether such a message to remember to pick up your order at a set time is confirmation it is ready or not. What is your opinion?

You apparently checked the wrong box. Check the one that says "I'd like to receive text message updates about my order*".(That box is under my Contact Information section)

Do not check the one that says "Send me deals". I only have the first one checked and have never received spam texts.

At least that is the way it is set up on my Kroger (Ralph's) website.

Mel, thanks for trying to help, but I did check the box that says notify me of substitutions. Turned into a @#$%& show and a bunch of text messages that I did not want. I'm kind of weird about text messages anyway I really don't like them except for from people that I know. And even then I would rather not.

One of those transitions that I didn't make when the new technology became available.
