Giant Eagle shops worth it?

i see them starting at $15. i regularly go once a quarter for my prescriptions and i sometimes stop just to check their sales after i clean for one of my other jobs. I used to do them when I first started under a different company. it was worth it even though it was a flat rate gift card payment.

I see them but I don't think I'll take one for $15. I remember doing them maybe over a decade ago and they were pretty easy. Same MSC, so the reports were very simple.
It is a supermarket chain with stores in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, and Maryland. Not to be confused with Giant (Landover, MD) or Giant (Carlisle, PA), both of which are owned by Ahold Delhaize.

There is only one store in the Indianapolis area. I've done them in the past. Not hard and the reimbursement is okay.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

I did some of those too. They were with the Cheesecake Factory MSC if I remember correctly.

I've done a few Giant Eagle shops in the last month. They are apparently new for my MSC. The $5 reimbursement is OK, but in one scenario they require you to purchase a prepared food item. Those generally cost much more than $5 unless something is marked down. The shop fee starts at $5 as well, so I won't accept until they offer a higher amount (like $12-15 or more). I figure that sure, I need to go grocery shopping sooner or later, but Giant Eagle tends to cost more so I need the higher fee to make it worth my while.
Apparently the guidelines have changed and you need to provide the name and/or a description of each person who helped you in each department (so that's like 3 in each scenario). That's too much to ask for a $5 shop fee and $5 purchase reimbursement. I'll reconsider when they up the shop fees to something more realistic like $12-15 or higher. I may need to go grocery shopping anyway, but Giant Eagle is not my regular "go to" for this purpose.
