Have you been asked to update a report but they don't open the report?

I did 2 storage shops yesterday. Now I'm being asked for more information, but they did not open the report for me to make any changes? I e-mailed them back, asking them to open the reports. Have you had this happen?

Yes, usually they want a response in email when they do that. One of the many reasons why you should keep copies of all of your narratives, no matter how short.

I don't think it is the MSC you are dealing with, but Coyle doesn't send back the report in my experience, they want an email response.

I updated the reports, they were accepted.
