BP Audit Staff Refusal

So I've shopped for many, many years. Today i actually had my first staff refusal for a BP audit. My question is, will i still get paid the full shop fee? I'm sure hoping so as the location was heavily bonused and a long drive. But, of course, i have my doubts. The scheduler didn't directly answer me but said we have to wait for the editing process. The guidelines say nothing about reduced fees. I know some other clients for this MSC pay in full when not able to be shopped. For example, the big blue Bank. Has anyone had experience with this?

This is the same company that cut the fee to $1 for the flu shot locations when the client had not updated the location list in 12 years. You can't do anything about it but wait. Sad if they do but out of our hands. Please keep us updated.
I have never had a green/white audit refused. I did have a red/blue audit refused, indirectly. After the reveal, the owner very quickly caught an attitude with me. I asked if she was refusing the audit, and she stated no. I proceeded. About 10 minutes later, while I was evaluating the fueling area, the woman came outside, yelled at me, then cussed at me. I asked her, politely, to please allow me to do my job. Afterward, I noticed her in the window looking out, waving her hands, and appeared to be expressing her frustration about me to a man in the store. The man eventually came outside and approached me while I was sitting inside my vehicle with the car door open as I reviewed my pictures to make sure they were all useable. The man proceeded to harass me, so I stood up outside my vehicle and firmly told him to step away and to leave the premises. He did. Deeming the situation unsafe, I took the refusal document, snapped a photo of it outside the store, and marked the shop as a refusal. I detailed all of this in my report and I was fully paid. Later, I learned from the energy wholesaler in the area, that the owner is like that with everyone. Needless to say, I have not been back there and I won't do that location, even if it has a bonus. Not worth the headache. I meet too many nice people doing this work and prefer to stick to those locations.

Ultimately, it will come down to what the client will accept. I have found the green/whites to be picky about things.
That said, the editors have still worked with me here and there. I would assume you had already done the shop portion. You should at least be reimbursed. I would think you would get at least a partial payment. If you are not paid at all, definitely appeal and have it reviewed. Let us know what happens.
Snuffy, I have noticed that with this MSC, the number of clients for which the shopper will receive, "Reduced pay" for shops that cannot be completed through no fault of the shopper increases every quarter. And, suspiciously, the dollar amount, fraction or percentage of the original pay is never disclosed to the shopper in the shop instructions. If they pay you anything it might not be much. I'm sorry to tell you. Please let us know what happens.
The saving grace MAY be that it's through Presto. I could be wrong, but I think because it's on Presto and you follow all the rules you will get paid.
Thanks for the replies! Update on this... They accepted the shop and paid the full amount with no questions asked. I was certainly a bit surprised but obviously very happy with the outcome. My first staff refusal and probably easiest shop as she immediately refused before I could even begin the audit.
