Exxon Mobil rotations?

Looks like a remote gas station loop for me on Sunday to snag some nice bonuses.

I am unable to self-assign or apply for an Exxon on the route.

SASSIE says I can't because I did it 108 days ago.

That seems like too big a rotation. The guidelines only say "every other visit", whatever that means.

Anyone know a definite rotation period for the client?

Yet some seem to have no rotations at all. I was elligible for a station that got posted when I had just shopped it the previous.

Their algorithms make sense to them, I guess. To a lot of us the logic is a mystery.
I got those remarks as well.
For me, it was either I performed the shop under the "Pilot" program and/or the shop no longer was under the monthly rotation, but moved to the quarterly rotation.
Stil, I did not understand the "108 day" notice.

SMH

Edited to add - it reinforces my belief that the MSC is moving towards all E/M shops to becoming quarterlies and a shortened version - ala, the "Pilot Program" they offered in this early fall.

I've got a couple of stations in my area that are shopped quarterly. I have gotten to know the fuel distributor in this area because he pretty much supplies all the various branded stations I shop. Part of his responsibility is to provide marketing materials, uniforms, badges, etc. to station owners. His whole job is pretty much doing site cures when he gets the shopper reports back for the stations in his district. He told me stations that are shopped quarterly are because owners have an option of which program they want to be under. Some choose the monthly program, some the quarterly program. I think there is an incentive for stations that choose the monthly program. Either way, station owners have to pay for the shops. They also pay for any violations.
The actual message says you shopped there within 108 days. So the rotation period seems to be 108 days.

Exactly, which, besides being an oddball number, seems way too long regardless of monthly or quarterly programs.

Their loss. Drove past the place twice on my loop. Because I emailed them over the holiday they did not get back to me in time. It's still on the board, at a higher bonus, but I'm not headed back that way anytime soon.
