Anyone done the interviews at Electric Car Charging stations?

I have a job next week surveying clients that are using a electric car charging station at a cs. The pay is worth it, but wondering how it went for anyone else who has done it. I will need to get a pic of their receipt and in exchange they get a voucher/coupon from the cs. I can see them answering a few questions for me but not sure how many will allow the pics. (It is not covert, the management will know I am there- I will be checking in with the management according to the guidelines).

I did one yesterday. I was surprised at the number of Tesla's charging. They were waiting in line for charging stations at times. It made the time go faster when I was busy, but it's a long time at the place. Out of all the cars charging, there were only two that bought something in the store. The reports were all accepted as of this morning and I'm expecting the pay on Monday. yippee. There was no safety vest in the box they gave me, so it's a good idea to bring your own if you have one.

I have seen exactly two stations with 500 miles of me, so I'm guessing that's why I don't even see these shops offered!
Who is doing the shop? Is it the electric providers like Electirfy America, ChargePoint or some other charging suppplier? I wouldn't think these would be offered at Tesla chargers. I only charge at Tesla charges when doing a road tirip. I have solar at my house.

The businesses/malls that allowed Tesla to use some of their parking lots really benefit. I would say most Tesla owners will go into the Target or other stores even if it's a food establishment.

There is an In N Out in Beaumont, CA that has tesla chargers next to it. The Raising canes is 500 feet away (an easy walk). I'm sure both of them get Tesla charging people who otherwise might not have spent money there to begin with.
It's Tesla at WaWa doing the surveys. They were Tesla charging stations only. I found most Tesla drivers purpose for the visit to Wawa was purely to charge their vehicle. Few went into the store and most only to use the restroom. Some went to other stores in the vicinity like Buy Rite Liquor and WalMart, but not Wawa. I'm sure Wawa is making beaucoup bucks from the Tesla charging stations though.

I don't know what WAWA is... We don't have them here in Southern California. One of the big charging centers near me is at the Westminster mall. That mall has fallen off in the last 10 years. Tesla got a big part of the lot on the Target side of the mall and put in 20+ chargers. Most people get out and go into Target because you need something from Target.

I have seen many people at the Tesla chargers at Beaumont go into In N Out and Raising Cane's.

There is a McD next to the Tesla chargers at the Cabazon Outlets (just west o (Palm Springs area). Many will go into mcd for a coffe/soda or maybe a sundae.

The struggling shopping centers that put them in were smart to do so...because it can only benefit them to gain some extra foot traffic especially from a demographic that generally is not tight with their money.
I don't know about that not being tight with their money part. The ones that got the free coupon for a cup of coffee after taking the survey, ran right inside to get it...bahahaha

Wawa is a huge convenience store chain that began in Pennsylvania and is now a common site in the mid-Atlantic area and currently operates in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Florida. They are expanding beyond their current 1000 locations. Very beloved by the clientele, myself included and not just for the mystery shops. [www.wawa.com]

I saw this posting and almost snagged it, but I couldn’t commit to the time needed. I frequent this Wawa often, but not to charge my electric car haha.
Yes, I believe it is in your neck of the woods. Very busy place!!
