Help bad printed receipt

I did a shop in Presto where I had to buy 2 of same item, one cash one on debit card. The recipts are not readable , the print is chopped up. I would post a photo here if I could. I am worried I will not get reimbursed or paid because of there bad printer.

address the receipt quality in the report comments, emphasizing that you followed all guidelines, spent $xx and are not responsible for a shoddy receipt printer at the business. Offer to send a screenshot of the debit card transaction from your bank ledger. Email the general mailbox and cc kathryn.johnston@ipsos.com with an explanation of what happened and a request that the shop be manually reviewed and approved due to the circumstances.

Having said all this, I agree its likely to be rejected but maybe with some proactive measures you'll get lucky.

These shops are the absolute worst!
Their printer issues are not your fault. I've had a shop accepted once where I accidentally spilled water on my receipt making it difficult to read if not outright illegible. I've also had a shop where the receipt printer conveniently wasn't working (out of paper I think). I got paid on both. That said it's up to the MSC and the editor, but personally if I got screwed out of pay because of something that's clearly the store's fault, I'd consider not shopping for that MSC.
One business I used to shop told me that they could no longer get replacement cartridges for their cash register, so the receipts were always illegible. Just explain and hope they understand.
I went to one mom and pop joint where I got a receipt dated 3/2000 from their beat up cash register. I'm fully expecting it to be rejected but left a comment explaining it. We'll see what happens...
I've had shops accepted when I had no receipt at all. Some mom and pop businesses just don't or can't print them, especially for cash purchases. I simply explained that they gave receipts only for card purchases. And the card purchase receipt wasn't itemized. Submit what you have, explain if necessary and ignore the doomsayers.
You can use a scanner to darken lightly printed receipts. That often makes the receipt readable.

This - it depends on how bad the printed receipt was, but I've saved a handful of poor receipts by darkening them.
Occasionally, I have taped the poorly printed receipt to a sheet of paper. Then to the right of each relevant line on the receipt, I print what the receipt says. I then scan the sheet and try to enhance the poor printing. In each case, my printing has "guided" the editor to be able to interpret the poor receipt, and have been paid. YMMV

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
Careful, if you appeal rejected shops you might be banned from the project. (I appealed 4 rejections out of hundreds of successfully accepted shops)
I did get paid for this shop. Yaa! The print was dark and grainy. Hard to read. I did had 5 decline out of 51 assignments. One was a church, not a restaurant, another was a small backery with no listed prices, one where the doors were locked with no closed sign(I do not know how to take photo of locked door )
Were you banned?

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
From this project yes, from the company no

They want a 'closed' sign.... supposedly won't pay without that

Take a photo pulling on the door trying to open it.
