Jersey Mikes

Is it still a requirement to dine in? I didn't see anything on the most recent guidelines, though I remember in the past that they wanted you to dine in.

I've been seeing Internet ads for a free sub if you order in their app as well as a rewards program that gives a free sub after 72 points.

I am not a member so I don't know how much you have to spend to get 72 points, but if you're doing the shops, it would make sense to join the program unless the guidelines prohibit it.

And if I recall from previous threads, it's not Jersey Mikes that is the client but it's a competitor who's shopping Jersey Mike's for comparison. But I might be wrong.
Some Jersey Mike's franchise operators have chosen to conduct mystery shops. At least one franchise operator in Central Jersey is shopped, and at least one more in North Jersey. The ones in South West Jersey are not shopped. I do not believe that it is a competitor based on shops I have done in the past at the Shore in Central Jersey.

Edited to add: If you are doing shops at Jersey Mike's definitely join the Shore Club. Buying a regular sub earns 6 points. A giant sub earns 12 points. They often have double or even triple points days. 72 points can be redeemed for a regular sub.

Shopping South Jersey, Southeast Pennsylvania, and Delaware above the canal since 2008

myst4au,

I stand corrected.

Edited to add. I do believe if you join their rewards program there is some sort of free item along with a free birthday sub. But that might have been 15 years ago, but I'm not sure about today. I shopped them 15 years ago.

I do think their subs are good, but I don't go there on my own dime. There's too many local mom & pops in the Northeast (NY) that are more convenient so I give my business to them.

Now if I could get a shop for a free sandwich........

I'm not sure if all Jersey Mike's are with the same MSC (I'm in NC), but mine used to specify if you had to dine in, and now they say dine in or take out. And yes, I usually do 3 a month, so I have earned quite a few free subs over the years.
there are some in my area too. will be nice to know who offer them

Shopping Eastern Pennsylvania since 2009
I saw some Subway locations posted in Southern California today on the Texas Roadhouse MSC. Looked like Subway was doing something with Auntie Anne's or Cinnabon. Joint promotion. I can't remember last time I had Subway. Might have been before Jared went to jail.

I would gladly do a JM shop if I knew who it was with AND it was available in my area. But I don't do much bread anymore. I focus more on meats and veggies.

The one with the company that only does Jersey Mike's is a requirement to dine in.

The competitor shops with the other MSC. I don't think you have to dine in.

Yes, I did one of the Subway shops yesterday. Super easy - you could buy any footlong sub of your choosing and then see if they offered you the new Sidekicks. If they don't, then you just add them (one pretzel and one churro) to your order at the end. You have to look for promotional signage, and the only photos are of the Sidekicks and your receipt.

I would love hints as to the MSC?

If you take a really close, second look at the comments, you’ll be able to figure it out.
