Feel like I was punked!

First time using Presto and accepted a shop for a mattress store. I've done many of these (for a different company) so I figured it would be similar.

The Mission from the guidelines: Evaluate the store associate's recommendations and demonstration of the suggested mattress based on your scenario . . .

Turns out, this is a mattress store that has NO sales associates. The majority of the survey questions ask about the sales presentation that took place with NOBODY. How does the MSC not know the concept of this store and that there are no sales associates to interact with? I emailed them to ask how I was supposed to complete the report but haven't heard back yet.

I did take the required pictures and checked in on the app when I got there. I'm contemplating answering "other" to everything just to be able to submit within the 12 hour window. What would you do?

Many companies clueless. I do a Kroger which has 2 self check belted stations. Every time I do the shop it will not let me to say belted as store has no belted check up …ah ok but they do. Same location gas station has a booth with seat for attendant. There are things like candy for sale in the booth. No beverages…So I buy candy and every time when I report the truth that there are snacks the report will not submit unless I say no snacks no beverages. You would think after several months and correct the report but they do not. Makes me wonder what use these shop are.
How can there be a mattress store without associates? -blinks- Is this like a vending machine for mattresses? Mattressvana?

If your path dictates you walk through hell, do it as though you own the place. -unknown

I've run into these, even ones with a good selection of items. Eventually, I learned to double check the report just to make sure, and then spend the max reimbursement for gas and skip the candy purchase.
I thought you made up the name as a joke. But, I looked anyway. That is the name of a mattress store with no in-store employees.

The FAQ on their website says this: "We are happy to help you, simply call, text or email us. We return messages fast, very fast! (Between hours 9 am-9 pm)" So, maybe you could call them from inside the store and ask the required questions?

I'm very confused by the concept of this store--even after looking at their website. No employees? What's to stop homeless people from just coming in for a nap?

Reminds me of a few Circle K's I've done where I've photographed the restroom only to find the form pre-filled to say there's no restroom. I tell them there is in the comments ... and the next time, it's still pre-filled. OK then, if you don't want the info, you don't want the info I guess.
I've had the same thing on a Post Office shop. It will be prefilled "No Flags Flying" but they do have flags. I put it in comments and the next time it is still marked "No Flags".
Update on this assignment: I did submit the report using the photos and entered "other" on all the questions. I followed up with an email to MSC telling them there were no sales associates on site but that I still completed my end of the shop. Got an email back saying the shop was not approved but with this comment "You will be paid for this evaluation as if it were accepted. The rejection is part of an administrative process to identify a closed or other location issue. Thank you." Today the funds hit my paypal account.
This drives me nuts!! I have had it happen repeatedly!
I have one like that. There are no outside coolers nor displays. That's what is to be evaluated per the instructions.

Under the previous MSC, I had several Kroger with no Meat Service Case. But the report required it. I found a way not to report it only to get it sent back saying there was a case. Go Figure.
