I've gotten the Thursday special that includes a Pizookie many times. It has never been an issue.

I tried to order the lunch pizookie special today and the employee said the lunch specials don't come with pizookies even though as you point out, you can order a pizookie online with the lunch special. My waistline can do without a pizookie so I didn't argue, but that's false advertising!

You didn't show them their own website promoting the special? I don't back down when someone tells me no. I'm not saying you did backdown, but I like to "fight" when I know I am right.

I went to BJ's last night on my own $ (no shop). I didn't order any of these things cuz I have the pizookie pass anyways and I wanted to get out for cheap. Dinner for $3 for $14 before tip (yes that included tax and a $10 rewards).

Looking forward to the next shop where I can order this and see what happens

I did a take-away shop a few months ago, and they told me that only the Chocolate Chip Pizookie was available with the Thursday special, but I've gotten other Pizookies with it before. In addition, when ordering online, any Pizookie can be selected.

It's amazing what some employees will say. It's even more amazing what some customers will believe. It shouldn't matter which flavor you order. I would prove them wrong right there too. That's just my style. You gonna feed me some BS, I'm gonna call you on it.

I do know that the S'mores pizookie is NOT available in the mini size, but that is a different issue. The reg siz pizookie flavor should make no difference and they need to be held accountable.

The first year when they had the Rams deal where you got a free Nachos if the Rams got a 4th down I went with friends for that deal. They have a special Nachos called Ramsnachos or something and this year they are on the table top tents. So they brought over a plate of chips with a smattering of cheese sauce. Fortunately my friend found the email on her phone with a photo of the Rams nachos full of tomato's beans, cheese and jalepenos stacked high. We showed it to the manager and she was falling all over herself to make sure we were happy with our second plate of nachos.
On the other hand some managers stick to whatever rules that manager seems to think are the rules. as a customer we do not know the real rule unless we have an email to prove it. This year I went in and ordered the all you can eat lunch special . By the time i got my first serving it was almost three. Never before had they refused refills after 3 but suddenly the manager is telling me refills cut off at 3 pm exactly. She would not budge but after years of ordering my fave soup and salad unlimited near to 3 o clock I could not get a refill that day and had no recourse. I find BJ to be very flexible and accommodating most times but yes if you think they are wrong they should be challenged but hopefully when you are there on your own dime so you are not outed.

remember though...it's NOT a lunch special. It's an all day special monday-friday.

I will probably do something similar for dinner the next time I go.
