Brazilian Steak Chain

I don’t know what the MSC is - forgot as the client isn’t near me - but you should definitely go to the Brazilian Steak chain when it pops up. Really good food. Salad bar was only $20 and had a ton of high end items with a ton of prep required for their cooks. You can add a protein for $10 but honestly wouldn’t need to. I wish I remembered the MSC because the high end steaks would be fun to order. Anyways - go get the salad bar for $20 and eat like a king.

The ones near me are more than $10 to add the steak...
I think it's about $60/ person or so. It's my 10yr old daughter's favorite restaurant. She LOVES steak.

The MSC has a reputation for being a PITA, with the owner being difficult to deal with. Their schedulers/ owner are on this board.

I have no idea if it's the chain you're thinking of, but the one that has locations in Texas is with the same MSC as the Italian pie shack.

If your path dictates you walk through hell, do it as though you own the place. -unknown

The one I'm talking about is Texas de Brazil
I have seen those shops posted but the pay won't even cover the cost of one person. The description says you need two people and have to order the full experience at dinner time plus cocktails and a dessert. By the time two people order that, with tax and tip the bill comes pretty close to $250. The reimbursement is $90-something. Can't remember exactly. Luckily I looked up the menu prices before signing up. If it were my favorite restaurant, I would consider doing it for a discounted meal.

I see this a lot. One taco place requires a specialty drink (of 3 they choose), and an order of guacamole, plus it has to be 2 people, and after tip it still cost me $20. I did get a minimal shop fee but I was still out money. I don't mind good food at a deep discount, but I am beginning to get irritated as at the very least the entire meal should be comped. It's a really good idea to look at the restaurant website for an idea of prices before agreeing to a shop if you haven't been to the restaurant before.
In my area, I saw a MS posted for a brazilian steakhouse that was reimbursing over $300, but these shops don't last long on the job board.
I did one of these several years ago and absolutely LOVED doing that shop. I haven't seen it since so I figured it just swapped MSC's and I guess i havent come across it yet.
Beware if the company of Elite CSX is the one....they don't pay..THIEVES they are. There is a different company scheduling a different Brazilian steakhouse but I don't know much about them. It is, indeed, a good meal out.
I did this shop years ago. They seem to have returned with the same MSC. I've posted about how ridiculous the bar scenario is in other threads about giveaways as the shopper. At least now, it seems like there is an option to go to the bar beforehand, which may make it less obvious. No alcohol during the entire dinner, only one drink at the bar with two people, having to put cash down on the bar immediately, etc. I'm a little shocked they kept it the same, but there is a lot of silliness with this MSC.
I hate when shopping scenarios scream "mystery shopper".... the bar scenario in this one is so so obvious!
Also you have to order coffee after dinner (and it can’t be tea). Even a sip or two that time or night would keep me up late!

When I drink decaff, it puts me to sleep! Either way would be bad for me--especially if I'm driving.
