I did a few last year (or the year before). Maybe this is not what you mean, but all I did was put up posters in the exam rms. I also did a few which involved replacing booklets in a wall panel/display.
There are some on Bare, linked to some hotels. So you need to check into the hotel and then go to the doctor's office.
I did some urgent care centers last year, where I had to pretend to have an earache. They paid well.
Coyle used to have an urgent care chain near me but I haven't seen them in a year and a half.
There are shops in South Jersey to visit community health centers. These are private group practices and they reimburse up to $450 if I recall correctly with a $150 fee. You don't have to use insurance. Since I am clearly youth-challenged, I assume that the practice would require me to provide my Medicare Card and number. Getting reimbursed for something already paid by (in my case) Medicate Advantage would be a fraud. For someone who is not covered by insurance, this sounds like a great deal. I am hesitant to say it is a great deal since they linger on the job board for weeks and weeks. They seem to be done quarterly.

Shopping South Jersey, Southeast Pennsylvania, and Delaware above the canal since 2008
The urgent care visits i used to do, you had to submit an acknowledgement once you finished the shop so they didn't submit for insurance payments of any kind.

No whether that worked, it wasn't my concern.
I did a dental implant shop. The same msc has medical office visit shops in Florida.
My employer for my 9 to 5 job was a large very well known Medical center in Los Angeles. Several years ago I went to a staff meeting and they told us staff all about the mystery shop program they had run and felt they did not get any good data out of it. It was phone shops trying to make an appt. I never came across those shops and do not know which msc had them but I offered to help them design a better mystery shop and they never took me up on it.
I used to do those phone calls or a program like it. I'd have 10-20 calls a week to different departments. $10 each and pretty simple. Good times. But the project ended. I think the MSC ended too. Can't remember which one.
