You do NOT have to order the milkshake. It's only suggested. I usually order an unsweetened iced tea during these shops. It's cheaper and I don't have to consume extra fat and sugar.
If you like their buttermilk pancakes, you can always scrape off the lemon Oreo stuff after you take the picture and have a taste. The lemon Oreo POTM is actually less sweet than many of the other POTMs I've tried. I am not big on sweets but the lemon Oreo POTM didn't gross me out.
BTW, I took separate pictures of the required food items this time and my shop was approved w/o unnecessary follow-up requests from the editing team.

But it sounds pretty disgusting. Must order something called lemon-Oreo. Pancakes and milkshake.
