I wasn't seeking those shops either but I was just wondering.. Sometimes the ones in my area would sit on the board for a few days.

in the short term sonics went back to the MSC with 5Guys. but they were offered with no pay, only reimbursement. I don't mind, I don't like their food, and I almost always pay dearly for eating it later. But I'm also old, and was raised by depression era folks, so no food goes to waste (which means I eat it anyway).
It seems some of the Sonics are with the Panda MSC still. It could be a franchise vs corporate location thing. I'm not sure, nor do I really care, but I see them on both. But I do not see the same locations posted on both.

Oddly, another location about 20 miles to my south has disappeared from the Panda MSC and hasn't yet appeared on the 5 Guys MSC.

The program is being redone, IIRC. So plenty of Pandas, as usual, but no Sonics as of yet.
I'm a Sonic fan. Digging the new Smasher, and I'm all about half-price Diet Cherry Limeades in the app. No interest in the newer Groovy Fries as I go with dolled-up Chili Cheese Tots when I feel like risking a blood sugar spike.
There is one down the street from the campus where I teach. When I have enough Apple Cash to cover a meal, that's where I stop for lunch before my 1PM classes.

The Sonics near me that had 4 each now only have 1 each this month. But, some locations I travel to that usually has only 1 each now has 3 each. It looks to me, they are picking and choosing where the jobs go.
Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I remember a couple of months ago, one of the Sonics in my area had 2 different shops days that you can visit..
I believe Panda Express are in 20ish day rotation (yes, they's been releasing them a bit earlier each month for past few months based on my excel 4/22, 6/19, 7/14, 8/11), even thu they require 30 days minimum for the stores.
Given that trend I think next batch of panda should be poping up very soon (maybe later this week or next week), unless they move the dates back to the end of the month

I remember that mostly because it was giving me a major headache setting routes for the stores with their "early release" and "30 days windows limit". Essentially I created 3 different routes for different sets of stores just so I can do them every month
I have emailed them asking why I have not seen any Sonic shops in my area, but I saw some about 20 miles away and they have not reply.
Oh well.. Guess my mail got lost in cyber space or they are to busy to reply or they don't want to answer..

Thanks for posting. I’m traveling so my home stores should be there for the second set of dates, since they usually are. I took 2 to do while I travel. I did that in Hawaii a few months ago. They then called me with a big bonus, but not big enough to cover airfare.@Okie wrote:

For those that have Sonic shops in their area, do you think the new Sonic Smash burger is ok to order? I would like to try it but dont want to have my shop cancelled since I did not ordered the exact thing they allow. The guidelines are pretty vague on what you can order. For example, I had a shop rejected because I ordered a sonic blast as my drink and they said that is a dessert and not a beverage. Shakes are ok as I have not had any of those rejected.
I did a PE shop on 9/10/24. As of 9/19/24 it is still showing as completed. I sent a message to help desk inquiring as to why this long of wait time without a review. The reply I received was that they are backlogged with review work to do.

At least you received a reply.. I emailed asking why there were no Sonic shops in my area (The 5th of the month) and they never replied.
They used to sit on the board for several days and sometimes they would have bonuses.
But yet there were some posted that were 20 miles away.
