I don't really do shops with that MSC anymore. But Lauren was my scheduler. Best scheduler I had, IMO.

I believe I had some correspondence with Amy before when Lauren was out, and approached to shop a round of pilot shops with changes to the Kroger program. More blunt and direct, IMO.

I like Lauren, but this is the first email I've ever received with news, or offering any kind of information in advance. If I get news about the MSC or changes in how we need to schedule and shop it usually comes through the forum.

I agree, in general, there was room for improvement in communicating rotations, limits, and other specific rules. I got the impression that there was someone who was in charge of the program, but only communicated certain things on a need-to-know basis. Even some of the schedulers were confused with their own program/software enforcing all sorts of things.

I just talked to Amy the other day. She’s busy the next couple of days, and maybe she asked Lauren to send it out?

So, no, Amy is still the scheduler for the account in question.
