Two shops, same shop, different outcomes

What would you do if you did a shop, submitted it and it was approved
and then some weeks later, you did the exact same shop, same results, same report, same requirements,
but that shop was not approved?
same MSC, two different editors.

Are you certain that the guidelines didn’t change? Did you email and ask why the shop was rejected? You said it was the same scheduler, but was it the same editor? Did you copy/past narrative from one shop to the other? So many factors here and you’re not giving enough information. If this was a shop that required a lot of narrative and the reports looked identical, I could see the second one being rejected if was the same as the first one you did just a few weeks before. I would go back and review the guidelines before questioning the editor just to make sure something didn’t change.
As I said, same requirements.
Yes, waiting to hear back from scheduler - message and question sent
I meant two different editors, sorry.
I never copy and paste from one to another.
nothing changed.
has this happened to you? how did it work out?
I have never had a shop rejected in the same scenerio you're presenting, however, I have experienced conflicting feedback from editors within the same company. Do you mind sharing more information about the company or type of shop (i.e. fine dining, fast food, etc)

They still haven't responded. I will provide more info after they give me more info.
Many shoppers start to write the same things in the report, not copy/pasted, when they do the same shop over and over again. They stick to rewriting the questions as justification or just slightly reword it. It's a rut that is easy to fall into. Many don't mean to do that, but it just happens when it's the same scenario and not much can really happen. Try to point out things that are different, out of place, or maybe even something that occur with you or someone else at the establishment.
There are some companies using AI to edit their reports. So, that may be the problem, too, if it was done correctly and nothing was missing or wrong.
ALWAYS keep a copy of your report! If the platform doesn't give an option to save it, then I highly suggest taking screenshots of the phone or computer before you send it. Personally, I had an editor for an MSP delete a photo by mistake, then try to tell me I never uploaded it. I had a copy of that report with the photo uploaded, which I sent to her. She claimed the system deleted it. We are all humans, mistakes happen, but it comes down to the editors job, in this case, she said I failed to upload it. Most platforms keep a copy of all images the shopper uploads, but not all do. In the later, they can't restore the photo. They would need to ask the shopper for it again.
