Heads up to Kroger shoppers

Usually, my dashboard appears within a few seconds of clicking. Today, though, that did not occur. Next, I refreshed and timed the page at 2 mins. 13 secs. to load. I am guessing there are many folks camping out on the site awaiting the new offerings. Be sure, if you elect to "pitch your tent," that you occasionally refresh to avoid being disconnected.

For me, using Chrome, the MSC website does not disconnect. However, it does not refresh either.

I am using Firefox and it seems to be working fine. Google chrome was not connecting to the website.
Do you guys think the new round is coming out today?
Yes, my scheduler said they would be out today.
It's out. But I cannot select dates for the Kroger shops. I can for the competitor shops.

Able to select dates. Jumped the gun.

The website jam up has lessened slightly. I think letting shoppers know the post date is part of the issue.
At first I could only self-assign competitor in store, then I got "this shop has been taken by another shopper" which wasn't true, then "request" Kroger, now I can self-assign Kroger in-store. But several hundred assignments disappeared in the interim

I cannot even imagine how horrible it will be when the pickups post. They need to roll out different regions on different days I think.
A also employ Firefox and there was not even a hint of problems. I only select in-store and fuel, but I did not notice any competitor work in my area of SW Ohio. As I use Kroger assignments primarily to defray travel expenses, not having competitors does not bother me.
Taking a website 2+ minutes to load is "problem" in my book. I eventually got the three instores that I wanted.
Got the three competitor pickups I wanted, two Targets and a Vons. Only doing 6 shops this month.
I use the Chrome browser for MS unless I am forced to use another. It used to be I would get logged out if I refreshed this MSC's site. That hasn't been the case for me for at least several weeks.

There are some glitches today, but much fewer than before. I was able to get every shop I wanted.

Not only was the site more stable today than it has been in months, the competition didn't seem as bad this month, as I was able to get my share with very few "misses" from another shopper beating me to it.

I've also noticed that I am able to refresh my screen now, where it had been logging me out if I tried to refresh. I noticed earlier this year when the website crashed and they had to take it offline for a short time, soon afterward they had it where if you did refresh, it would log you out. Happy to see that doesn't happen now.
Question …. if I’ve maxed out on Pick Up shops would I still see them but not be able to assign myself to them?

Yes, you can see them, but not self assign.
Weird. I never saw any and can’t believe they were all taken. Some of the remote ones are usually there until almost the end of the cycle.

Unless you’re “in trouble” then you can see them. If you’ve gone over 1:1 they can be completely invisible to you.
I have emailed the scheduler to check.

I was very careful to always schedule more in stores and gas stations than Pick Ups.

Last month I was able to see all of them and did 3 In Store, 2 Fuel and 2 Pick Ups so it doesn’t make sense to see the change this month.
Curious. I hope they are able to give you an answer. Could you have done them too many times over the year? There is an annual limit per store (I believe) but should still have seen distant ones you never shopped. If you were "banned" I think you can't see any at all. Lately the system seems to know if you have taken too many from one store over the year or are doing anything not allowed. Then it punts you to ask the scheduler (for an exception I guess). Good luck.

My scheduler replied. She said my account was “heavy” on pickups and that they will be limited when that’s the case. She did something and now I can see them again and self assign some locations but of course there are none left near me. I guess I’ll see what happens next month. Worse case I’ll have to wait til the annual re-start.
You'd think they would come up with a warning or error message when you try to self assign that you have too many pickups, etc. Resorting to banning results in more work for the shopper and scheduler since they have to research why and fix it.
Anyone experiencing some delays in how long assignments are accepted?
Not me. There was a holiday Monday. Maybe that had something to do with.
the only delay in editing that I've experienced from these folks has been for a non-Kroger shop. And it was eventually declined because my memory isn't 2 weeks long.
I also hate when they send a clarification request 9 days after the assignment.
Yes, but rarely for Kroger. For IHOP and other shops, I expect delays of at least several days.
