10 minute on site after Kroger pick up

Do any of you actually spend 10 minutes on site for Kroger pick up? My orders are usually the required 8 items just to get the max. Reimb. I do nit make huge orders and I do check the bags in place in my trunk and count everything after the order in placed. But spending at least 10 minutes? Not sure why that is required. Even gas station shops which require more observations have less required time.

I spend no time on site after, I drive to another parking lot down the road before checking things. You're not supposed to perform the check where employees could observe you and my finish time is always going to be 10 minutes or more after arrival by including a short drive and actually checking expiration dates. I have been given expired flour before...
I drive out of the pick up area. Park hop out and check the order. Does not take 10 minutes even with the drive to other area of the lot. I always buy the minimum amount 8 items as long as they reach the reimbursement max. Will try and be pokey checking my order next time.

Trailer checks for movie theaters ask that one arrives 20 minutes before the posted time despite theaters starting the trailers 2- 10 minutes after posted time. guidelines are guidelines.
Not AFTER picking up.. total time, including parking, notifying, waiting for groceries, and checking to make sure I received everything that I ordered. It usually takes something close to 10 whole minutes. Sometimes less, so I'll take the screen shots of the receipts while I'm sitting in the parking lot, not the pick up space. If everything goes really sooper smooth and everything happens in very few minutes, I'll eat some of my lunch, organize stuff in the car, clean up my mess.
I saw that guideline, posted 10 minute times then went back to actual arrival/departure times. All approved.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

I am never on site 10 minutes unless I'm waiting. There are no questions about being on site. I put the time I enter my parking space as the start and the time the associate leaves as the end. I've never had an issue.
The Krogers in my area are VERY efficient- I usually have someone at my car within 1-2 minutes. I stand outside my car watching them load and ask me for my names, if I have coupons, etc. Usually after 3 minutes I have made my observations and as I usually order the minimum 8 items that total $30 I pull away. As I do not have a huge order to check an as I watch the clerk load my trunk I seldom am "checking" my order for 7 minutes. As the gas station shops which involve driving around, noting the pumps, trash cans and beverage and snack coolers PLUS making a purchase require at least 5 minutes on site,. I find the 10 minute for pick up a bit excessive BUT as they ask for t I will sit on my car playing with my phone until 10 minutes has passed. I usually shop Krogers within 10 minutes of my home so the drive home is not long so nothing will melt or expire on the road home. LOL

My rural stores are also VERY efficient, the clerks are often waiting at the door when I pull up. After groceries are loaded depending on which store I'm at I park in the lot and go and pick up a take and bake pizza or a drink at the coffee bar and then check my groceries. I still don't always use 10 minutes.
