UPLOAD TECH QUESTION: My phone froze after uploading receipt

What would cause my Samsung A23 Android to freeze after successfully uploading a picture of a receipt? It only took me back into to the report after uploading it 4 times. Thank You Much.

Probably not your phone. Second to None had a problem the other day where their site failed to respond and it was noticed in the upload section. I just drove to my next stop and did another task before trying again. By then it was resolved and all went as expected. As long as you don't HAVE to stay on site for the shop to count, I'd just carry on and get back to it later.
Many thanks. Another time I sent the receipt to the scheduler and explained what happened. We get so used to this tech stuff working fine until it doesn't and we bug out.

Amy replied that it's happening to others today. She asked us to save a screenshot if it happens again, but there is nothing to screenshot, really, the page just won't advance when you try to save.
I tried both on a Windows 7 desktop and a Samsung phone. Next job I will try on a newer Windows 11 and see if that makes a difference.

What device are you using?
What model are you using?
What software version are you using?
Where are you trying to upload? ie… in the parking lot, at home…

If this happens again, please provide screenshots of the errors so our IT team can try to figure out what is going on.

I had a problem uploading a receipt, don't remember which day. I restarted the tablet, and used a different picture and it went through. I don't know if it was their glitch or mine.
Response from Help Desk/Scheduler in case they have not fixed it for everyone

Please submit each survey without a receipt.
Next, email each receipt to me, one receipt per shop per email, with the assignment ID # in the subject line so I know which shop to have it added to.
Regarding Kroger, thanks for the heads-up. I was able to upload a picture and submit the report. I may have gotten lucky, where the issue has already been resolved.

From what I have seen, it is an intermittent issue. I restart my phone when it happens even though everything else is working normally.. Just in case. I haven't had to do a cookie dump and cache purge to resolve it yet.
Mine was taking long enough that I clicked save, clicked it a few times more because it didn't look like it was working (again). Drove to my next stop, and the receipt had uploaded six times. Better 6 than 0, I guess? I wish they'd fix whatever it is, it's super annoying.

Oh, and in case you wonder, the next report went without any upload issue at all.

And following the instructions to send the receipt to my scheduler with the assignment number? That also did not work. The shop I did a couple days ago when the outage was longer than my travel time was returned to me for clarification (needs receipt). I'd even explained in the notes that I could not attach due to a technical problem and was emailing the receipt (which I did immediately). I thought it was better to send it separately than risk forgetting to submit the report at all because I had other things to do.

I also had logged in to the Help Desk when it first happened.
I have a shop tomorrow that needs photo uploads, I hope it won't happen again.

I wonder what they have done to the website. My scheduler said I wasn't the only one and she would refer it to IT Department.

Up until this most recent glitch, there were only a few random issues (and it worked the prior day). I tried a newer laptop thinking it might be my phone but that didn't help. Neither did clearing all of my history.

Submitting without the receipt turned out to be the right thing to do. Receipts going missing also happens (like when we had the pickups one time a store system was down). I think once I lost a receipt and there was some workaround offered.

It did not work on my iPhone.
It did not work on my desktop MAC.
It did work on my PC desktop though.

I suppose that I should just drive around with all three?
