So you sign up for a couple shops two weeks before they are to be done. They are scheduled to be completed on a Sunday.
The day before, Saturday, you wake up and learn that the National Weather Service
has issued a dangerous snow storm alert for the area for Saturday night through Monday.
Several inches of snow predicted.
You right away contact the only contact info you have for the MSC, which is an email address. The shops were self-assigned, no scheduler.
You offer to reschedule for that same day ahead of the storm, or after Monday.
No response. Apparently no one at that MSC works at all over the weekends, even though they have shops scheduled over weekends.
On Monday, you get an angry email for cancelling.
You forward your message that was sent on Saturday morning - and no comment.
Nothing. Silence.
You aren't banned, you continue to receive emails of upcoming shops.
If they are so concerned about this type of situation, why don't they have someone available to contact on weekends?
