Buffalo Wild Wings

Well, I'm a short, fat, old woman who loves football and cars. I've never watched or cared about competitive eating in any form, ever.

My grandma always ate all of the chicken, skin, fat, cartilage.. everything but the bone. Then she would get mad at us for leaving the cartilage on the bones, and then go behind us and eat all of our cartilage. She was a tiny little thing, 4'10" 98 lbs soaking wet, and mean.

I still don't eat cartilage. I leave some very clean wing bones though. And then I go behind my son and eat all the meat that he leaves behind on his chicken bones.. He doesn't like wings because there isn't enough meat on them.

I didn't realize (I am behind on everything lately) that BWW is also now shopped by the same MSC as 5G.
Do they switch MSCs or do they spread their business around?

PS/I remember when wings were considered the cheapest chicken parts you could buy, raw of course....now maybe only chicken feet...
things change.

Life was passing like a hand waving from a train I wanted to be on

The 5g msc just started offering these. They went quickly here but I lucked into a flake fill so I got shop pay.
I am hoping they get more of the business because everything was so straightforward and they had my shop approved within a couple hours.
The bar "audit" is still being done by that sassie company people are complaining about pay from.

They just added these dining room shops recently with the 5g msc. No pay, but much better scenario and report than the other one. I'll take food reimburse for family of 3 over the dumb bar audit scenario all day, every day.
The reimbursement didn’t even cover two meals with tip and the required drink in my area. I prefer water, but the guidelines require a drink and a soda was $3.50!

@gigishopper

I am sorry that you did not order correctly. :-P

If you go on a Tuesday/Thursday you can get a BOGO deal, so 20 traditional wings for the price of 10. I might have gone out of pocket $5. But I fed 3 of us, so I am good with that. I would spend more time and effort having food at home and doing dishes. Even if I come out of pocket $5 and feed 3 of us, that is a win every time.
I suppose that is what happened! I will know better for next time! Thank you for the tip!

I got assigned on the "wrong" day but I also got a bonus for covering that cancellation so it all works out. We both got meals (that didn't involve wings) and beer, the OOP was still under $1. I could have dined alone and pocketed the bonus (no way a solo diner spends the max reimbursement) or ordered more carefully but I would rather take a guest and choose whatever we like.
For the MSC that also does 5G, note that they allow coupons as well. Sign up for their rewards program and use any offers you can find there. I did that for a shop last month to get a free burger to go with the rest of the meal. I also didn't have any problem using a gift card on my shop.
I am hoping this is a long term project. I love wings (not nuggets). So you gonna pay for my wings and use BOGO, i'm on board. This is the 1 shop for this MSC where I don't need pay. I would like it certainly, but the amount of food for $35 if ordered correctly can feed 2-3 people. I can't do that on the RC shops they have with $11 reimburse and no pay
OK, I picked up another dropped shop with a bonus and managed to get a Tuesday. Stars aligned! Four of us went with plans for wings because BOGO so two eat free. Or so I thought...

We ordered and somehow, even though I asked a lot of questions and made it clear that I needed guidance because I was literally signing up at the table, they doubled the quantity of wings ordered rather than making 4 plates of 10 as requested and charging us for two of them.

So, how do you order to get the promotion AND the correct amount of food? And when they told me the promotion was buy one, get one 50% off BUT I could sign up on the app and it's buy one get one free instead... How does it work if you just go with the buy one get one 50% off? Would you order 10 and get 15?

So confused.

ROOKIE!!!!

The true BOGO is something you have to activate online or in the app. When you give them your phone number they should see it is active (fi you did it correctly). The normal tuesday deal is buy one, get one 50% off. They give you a true bogo when you are signed up with them and have activated the deal.

I always login from a desktop during the day on tuesday before going to the restaurant. You can probable do it on the phone, but i prefer large 24" monitors over a 5" screen when it comes to things like this. Think of it like a Chase freedom card or a Discover card where you have to "activate" to get that current promotion for the quarter.

Did you see the menu where it's 6 items for $19.99? 2 entrees, 2 drinks and 2 sides? It's almost like they are trying to compete with Chili's/Applebees.

Next time I go, I might do the 2/2/2 for $19.99 and then order a couple more things and get out for around $40.

Signing up wasn't the problem, I managed that. It was the process of ordering that was a mess.
it sounds like you needed to ACTIVATE your deal. It's not automatic. You have to activate it each and every tuesday you want to use the deal.

I don't know how many wings you wanted, but i tell them I want to order 10 (so I know i get 20).

I have found inconsistency with servers. some servers let me have 4 flavors. last server only allowed me 2.
