no leeway in shop times?

NOTICE:Any visit that is submitted past 7PM or is kept open for more than 3 Hours can be automatically excluded.
You may visit any day of the week, including weekends, from 7 am-7 pm.
This is completed on the phone, so if I submit at 7:05 the shop is invalid?
No even sure what if a shop is kept open for more than 3 hours means.

Not sure what company rejecected your shop, but my experience has been a late shop vs. A missed shop is preferred

Don't start the report and leave it open for 181 min.
