worse bank shop I have done

I had a bank shop for a credit card. My appointment was for 11 am. I got to the bank, the banker was with a couple. I sat down outside the office, in view of the banker. I heard the customers and banker talking about family and things they were doing for the weekend. 30 minutes later I was still waiting outside the office. Twice I got up so the banker could see me waiting outside their office. There was no change.
I have to write up the report. What would you say in the report. I was really mad during this shop for the long wait. I finally got out of there at 11:40am.

Tell the truth. It it what it is. Recently I did a bank shop and the banker did not give me the required information. I reported it as such. I was questioned as to whether perhaps I left when he was getting the required paper and I said I did not. I reported it as happened. That is what the company wants.
I would report it in an objective manner, I think the bank wants to know about situations like this...better than a "real customer" angry letter.

I'll do the report tonight after I calm down.
Interesting about this shop, there were no text boxes for comments. Only upload the business card, post a picture of the bank and click on boxes.
I only got mad once at a bank shop. I don't take it personally, and expect there to be out of the ordinary incidents.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

There was no way to report any issues. There were no comment boxes, only "check boxes"

This sounds like a bank shop I did a few weeks ago. I had an appt. and the banker had other ppl in her office (I understand that maybe they had an appt also). Anyway, I was waiting for more than 45 minutes. I think that the banker should have mentioned the wait to me. I was very annoyed that the appt. was not honored....and I will never go to this bank again to talk to this banker.

Is it possible to send a "Contact scheduler" and ask this person why there were no comment boxes? You had a valid reason for one.
This is the reason I do not do these types of shops in my big city. There is often a long wait for service...My only credit card shop was done about a year ago. I waited 45 minutes past the time for my appt. The pay was not in line with the time it took to wait around. The pay is generally not in line with the cost of living here even with no waits but due to this I do not do cell phone or bank shops that require an appt or a wait to speak to someone.
