Company disappearing from GigSpot

Today I completed a shop I was assigned on GigSpot. I even received the email reminder from the company requesting the shop. I submitted the shop through the GigSpot app and after it uploaded I checked to make sure it went through. The company was no longer there. There was no trace of it in my history or in the list of companies. Is there any way to contact GigSpot?

Hah! Good luck. I contacted the Gigspot help desk with an issue and it took a full SIX MONTHS before I received a response. I deactivated and have not looked back.

By and large, I think people here avoid Gigspot and interact with the MSP's individually. But, YMMV.

Doing assignments since the days when reports were handwritten and faxed to the MSC.
If you haven’t already done so go to the pay section of the app, scroll to the company you contracted with, and see if the job is pending or otherwise mentioned.

My experience with timing of replies is mixed.
I did 5 shops for an MSC that I did not know was banned from MSPA, and they've posted nothing since, so I've got concerns as well.
The platforms do not pay us, the MSC's do, but I hope you're able to get some answers and you downloaded a copy of your contract (I do this for every company). I also save date and time stamped screen shots of every submission now as well, after some interesting experiences.

I finally got a solution to this shop. Apparently the msc was acquired by another company and they took over all the contracted shops. I signed their new agreement and I’ve been paid.
