Exxon on Presto

In my area, the rotation has been gone for the last 3 months(counting June). Not complaining, just curious if this is everywhere now ?

I've noticed this come and go for the last couple years. A stretch where the rotation matters and then one where it does not. It's been the case right now in my area as well. We'll see how long it goes.
We haven't had any rotation issues either. I don't know if someone else has shopped the same locations in between or not, because we wait for higher pay. But sometimes it seems like we do the same shops over and over again.
Little rhyme or reason, it would seem.

I wind up doing the same set of Exxons which go to bonus pretty quickly despite being in a major metro area.

Unfortunately, this looks to be changing.

On my last round I noticed that a lot of the Exxon branding had been removed: brand decals on the pump valances and all koalas and waves were gone.

Clerk confirmed they were going with store-branded gas.

That's 7 locations going away...

Well, keep and eye out for the debrand audits. They're easy. But usually only done once I think. Same in my area.
a LOT of the local station are changing to Wavaho. My son has been scrambling to get all of the Exxon shops done before they change. Some of the branding has already changed.
A while back I was driving home through a city where three Exxons were still on the board with good bonuses, despite the local shopper having cleaned up everything around them. It was late, but they were't too far out of the way. It turns out they had all changed brands. I grabbed my two pics at each. Easy money. When I got home I was pretty tired, so I crashed. When I got around to them the next day, all three shops had been removed from my log, with an email saying they were no longer needed. Arghhh. I just had to wonder if a busy-body shopper had told the MSC they were debranded rather than just submitting the report themsleves. Probably not, but it was still odd the other shoppers took everything else in that area but not those..

Have you or anyone else noticed that it seems like they put the rotation rules back in this evening? Nothing has happened with the shops I did or still have to do, but the ones I did in May that had been on the board for me to see in June and did not take are all gone. In some areas, it's unusual, because another shopper would've had to have cherry picked more difficult shops at base and left the easier ones in the same vicinity (which I did not do in May). A couple different areas I went to, which between them are separated by 200+ plus miles (so unlikely the same shopper took the same ones at base), are showing this.

For whatever reason I just completed my 5th Famous Highway rebrand at the same location. It's kinda remote but can be done with an out and back and sits there for a while each time with the bonus creeping up. Not too big a physical plant and only 8 pumps, so pretty easy to knock out.

And speaking of rebrands, a Mollusk that I would regularly do on that route is no longer a Mollusk. Will be sad to see that one go... it was a fun stop, with a cashier shooting me with a squirt gun on one visit.
