BP/Helios Test

Is there something I am missing with this test ? I have read the guidelines over and over, and still keep missing the test. I've gone back over the guidelines and even after trying five or six times still can't pass it. Is there some sort of secret for this one?

No secret, they word it so you really have to pay attention. Been doing BP's for 12 years now, and they still catch me with one wrong answer. Keep your guidelines open in another window, while you take the test. Most likely it is the supplies on the canopy column, logo on tag or getting everything in one picture.
There was a question which was throwing me off, too, but I can't remember which one it was. I couldn't find a definitive answer in the guidelines, so I had to guess once or twice.

I have the test answers if you still need the correct one.
Offering folks info so they can compete with you for jobs.. must not be doing this for a living or trying to.
I just wanted to help her . I did not know if I should,
I will occasionally offer a hint if one of the questions vexed me when I took the test. And other folks have offered me hints, NEVER direct answers. BP does this, they word the questions so that you have to really understand what you're reading to answer the questions. If you can pass it, and the other shoppers in your area cannot, then you get the rewards, and the bonuses after the pay goes up because they can't get anyone else that's qualified to do the job.

For some of us, this is our sole source of income, or it makes living on a fixed income possible. It's a business, you don't offer your business to the guy down the street that's trying to take it from you.

I would like know, I have done this test over and over. I'm done trying. This is the only test I have never passed.
If you've never passed a BP test, you probably shouldn't be doing BP shops. I've been doing BP shops for years, with two different MSCs.

There have been a few tests that stumped me temporarily, but I've fingered them out on my own, for the most part. There was one year that ALL of the answers to one of the questions was correct, and I had been through the list MANY times, always leaving at least one of the answers unchecked. It never dawned on me that I should have picked all of them, I got help from the MSC on that one. They could see all of my attempts and I had already been doing the shops for years at that point, so they told me which question was the problem, they did NOT give me the answer.

I'll tell you that I got ONE question wrong this time, and I found the correct answer in the guidelines, before I took the test again. The BP shops certifications are worded differently than other certification tests, and they expect different things than other gas station audits, I understand the confusion. At least this time, ALL of the answers are in the guidelines and easy to find.
With the former MSC, if you failed the test, you could talk to someone from the MSC. They would go over the test and explain the answer that was incorrect.

Seemed like a better method of training.
The shop takes forever for a measly $10. Ewww

In my area (and all those in the states near me) they start at $18 pay. I do not complete them for $18.... but I don't see them for $10
BP has never been $10 since I first started mystery shopping in 2013. They used to pay more, and with the previous MSC we could bid for payment that made sense to us even at the beginning of the round. I don't know if there is an option to bid on routes with the current MSC through Presto, I just wait for the pay to go up to what I believe that I'm worth.
Can you send them to me? It would be much appreciated
Retake the test with the guidelines open on another device. It's all in the guidelines

No one should be offering the answers to certification tests for any job. The whole idea of certification tests is to make sure that you can read and follow instructions. And giving the answers, especially in a public forum, leaves the possibility that you are making it easier for someone who can't pass the test to take the jobs that you want.

In our local areas we are competitors, if we feed our competitors, we go hungry.
Morledzep... can I just give you my PayPal address and you go do the shops for me and have it deposited into my account???

Viv,

sure, as long as you take me to Hawaii and pay for all my expenses.
I gotcha.... we leave the 12th, let's go!

Now I just need someone to take care of the farm.. actually, I'm never going to HI. I don't fly anymore, I've been abused by, and traumatized by TSA agents too many times to count. The last time they separated me from my carryon bags and took my belongings. I'm never putting myself in that situation again. I'll drive across country, and IF I ever go to HI, it'll be on a boat.
Also, giving away test answers, whether publicly or by PM, is most likely violating your ICA. If not, it's still participation in cheating which was always punishable in schools (AFAIK) so I'm guessing there's something bad about it.
