If you've never passed a BP test, you probably shouldn't be doing BP shops. I've been doing BP shops for years, with two different MSCs.
There have been a few tests that stumped me temporarily, but I've fingered them out on my own, for the most part. There was one year that ALL of the answers to one of the questions was correct, and I had been through the list MANY times, always leaving at least one of the answers unchecked. It never dawned on me that I should have picked all of them, I got help from the MSC on that one. They could see all of my attempts and I had already been doing the shops for years at that point, so they told me which question was the problem, they did NOT give me the answer.
I'll tell you that I got ONE question wrong this time, and I found the correct answer in the guidelines, before I took the test again. The BP shops certifications are worded differently than other certification tests, and they expect different things than other gas station audits, I understand the confusion. At least this time, ALL of the answers are in the guidelines and easy to find.
