cell phone shop closed location fee

Does anyone know the pay rate for a closed cell phone shop location? These shops usually have a base pay of around $16. I went to a location that was a bit far away and found a sticky note on the door indicating it was closed for a lunch break. I took a photo and submitted it as a closed shop. I understand that the pay is significantly reduced for closed locations, but I only received $1, which seems very low

It probably says in the guidelines or in the instructions at the top of the shop what the consequences are for submitting a closed shop. $1 is not unheard of for the MSC you're working with.

I did one not long ago that had been bonused. When I got there, the system had gone down and there were other customers ahead of me. I waited 25 minutes and the system was still not up, so I left and reported what happened. I received half the amount of the fee with bonus. I think you may have needed to wait 25 minutes to get half the fee but not sure.

A few months ago I received $1 payment for a closed (moved) location. If I had known the closed location fee, I would've unapologetically flaked.
This is exactly why closed location fees for this MSC are nearly always worded vaguely in the guidelines. "Partial" and "Reduced" tell us nothing and leaves it open to change at their whim. Dishonest, I think. When they offer a contract, the terms should be clear.
