If I were given a box, I would note the duration. Then, I would ask them to please put it in a basket for me. Then, I would note the duration. The good thing with this report is that there is ample room for a narrative to explain what occurred.

They’re chicken tenders. You can get them at the grocery store and truck stops for less.
My homemade ones are much better and less expensive.
Overdone concept. These places come and go quickly.
I had a Cane's shop from the new MSC last week. They were bagging up all orders, even for dine-in, saying they were out of clean trays. So, I took a picture of my food right after opening the box and made sure to mention what happened in the report. I'm still waiting for the shop to be approved. I don't think it will be an issue, especially with my receipt showing it was for dine-in to begin with.@paniconmon wrote:
I'm in general agreement. I've had the Panda shops get accepted when this occurs.
I'm curious, though, if this has happened to anyone yet with this MSC.

I would not do that. I would simply document what happened. I feel like that action screams shopper. I would take a photo that clearly shows that I am sitting at a table with the food for dine in.
I did a Cane's shop last Tuesday and haven't heard back about it. Other shops with the same MSC were approved in the usual 2-3 days as you mentioned. I have one more Cane's shop tonight and will expect a longer turnaround time on that as well as the MSC gets used to working with their new client.@maverick1 wrote:
I'm also still waiting for a shop to be approved. My guess is there is some sort of review criteria that is not consistent or understood by the MSC reviewers as multiple shoppers are reporting delays in approvals. I found this does not happen on other shops by the same MSC. They normally have a two-day turn around.

Yes, I had a similar note showing up on mine as well today. I had asked for a large fountain drink, but apparently they want us to get the regular size. I assumed by no modifications allowed they meant the food portion of the Box Combo. They did say not to get a bottled drink or bottled water, but as far as I know, Cane's doesn't sell that to begin with. I made sure on my shop tonight to just get a regular size drink.@maverick1 wrote:
It got reviewed. Apparently, the type of drink purchased was questioned by the reviewer internally. The requirements did not specify the drink.

I noticed a few negative comments about doing the shop for $0 pay in this thread. If shoppers would refuse to do shops for no money, the client would have to pay in order for his business to be shopped. I will not work for free.
Hmmm.... I could probably use you for a handyman at my house. How much chicken to you charge to replace 13 screens on a 2-story house?@paniconmon wrote:
I work for fried chicken bodily parts, mixed with other yummy goodness.

You are mistaken. There was a fee plus reimbursement.
