Hi Everyone! I've been picking up assignments for the MSC that works with Jinya for a few years now. I've done other assignments for them and never had a report come back with an inquiry. This morning, I woke up to an email with many questions, where it seems both the manager and the server have refuted everything I have written up.
I will say the service and quality of Jinya can vary. I've had some really good experiences and mediocre ones. The reports are short and do not allow enough characters to sufficiently back up the responses. The client stated I rushed the checkout process, not allowing the server to ask for a Google Review or ask if I was a rewards member. My response was that the process was not rushed and that I understand, as MS, we cannot put a time limit when we dine in, as it will affect the outcome of the report and would be unfair to all parties involved.
There was another segment where I also rushed the server, not allowing them to make their recommendations. When in fact, the server did not offer any recommendations. The server was nice, but did not guide the entire recommendation process from appetizer, drinks, entree, and dessert.
The client is also refuting the cleanliness issue. I understand they allow for a certain number of photos to be uploaded and specifically linked. I always take extra photos and have them stored just in case of incidents like this, which has not happened.
Has anyone run into this issue before with the client?
