I was a teenager when Soylent Green came out..
About the chickens.. don't eat nuggets, they're gross anyway. They put whole chickens in a hopper, chop them up, fat, bone, guts, and all, then extrude them into hockey pucks and deep fry them. They aren't food by any standard I know of. I almost live on chicken, about the only beef I get to eat are cube steaks and shaved beef, and not very much of that. But I can buy a whole rotisserie chicken for $5 and eat chicken every day for a week, and then make chicken stock for making soup. Why would I buy crappy nuggets? I can't even buy 10 nuggets for the price of an entire bird at Costco or even at Kroger.
I personally don't eat at Chick-fil-A anyway, I haven't had any food there that wasn't rancid, or cooked in rancid oil. The only good thing they have is real lemonade made with real sugar, and real lemons. And I can do that for the price of sugar, lemons come to me free, I've only ever paid for them at Kroger to get to my required minimum purchase a couple times.
