I tried one and it was already rejected. LOL They asked for a picture of the exterior. Did it. They wanted a picture of signage on the door. Did it. And they asked for a picture of the screen on the payment terminal. My shop was a grocery store, so I walked over to an empty checkstand, snapped a photo of the screen, and submitted the report. Nope. It took them ten minutes to reject it. They said the photo of the payment terminal screen did not show which cards the store accepted, and I should have taken multiple photos of the screen to ensure I phoographed the correct screen. I don't know how someone is supposed to take multiple photos of multiple screens on a payment terminal when the shop specifically tells you not to purchase anything. I've seen some bizarre guidelines over the year but this one takes the cake.@MsJudi wrote:
There's one at my local Carvel and I believe they have the signs on the door. Otherwise, it could be very awkward without making a purchase. I might have a hankering for a sundae soon, in which case, I'd try it if it's still there.
