I got an e-mail for this phone shop and this is how it starts out " This project has very strict rules as to when shops can be completed, so it is very likely you will not be assigned for the date you choose in your application. ".......in other words, you can apply for this shop but there's a good chance you won't get it. ????

So this response to panniconmon leads me to believe you understood about the shop when you posed your first question about whether it meant you very possibly will not get the shop.

In other words, you can apply for the shop, and be assigned, but you may not be assigned for the date you chose. So you may apply for the 21st, but there is already a call assigned for that brand on the 21st, so you'll be assigned for the 22nd instead (or next available date without a call already assigned).

It is also up to 3 business days (so I guess it can take 5 days if you make your first call on a Friday and it isn't answered on both Friday and Monday (with weekends not allowed). You make a call and if it goes unanswered you call the next business day. Do that again if nobody answers the next business day. After the third call, the shop is done.
