Still waiting on Shell stations

I thought Shell stations would be coming in August. Most gas station shops start at the beginning of the month and you can sign up a few days before the first day of the month. You just can't start until that date. Anyone got any guidance on how it works with Shell.

I just did a few Shells.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
It's my understanding that August is a dead month for shell. The current cycle is being finished up now. New shell shops should come out in waves in september, october, and november. There are a few Shell stations left on the job board at $100 plus. They are being snapped up quickly at those rates.
Shell stations are just about over for this round. My son is out doing $100 bonused shells and exxons right now in the extreme heat because he slept through the nice cool morning. Tomorrow is grocery shops, and the day after that we'll be driving way down South to get the last 3 or 4 in areas we don't normally cover because I still really need to buy a stove.

I know that someone posted the shell schedule for you the last time you complained about shell stations not being available when you thought they should be. There are typically zero shell stations available in August. They will most likely resume in September for their next cycle.
Yes I know someone answered and I thought they had said August. I don’t think I was complaining just asking.
Wow. The highest bonused shop I saw in my area was $40, and that was a station very close to me that I passed on as it's a fairly busy 20-pump station. I didn't see any other Shells going for over $25.

I don't think there are any Russians / And there ain't no Yanks
Just corporate criminals\ / Playin' with tanks
I'm sitting like a vulture waiting for both the online and app windows to roll over.

Shells are 3 @ $100 and 2 @ $75 in one of my favorite parts of the country. There's a $100 Site Experience (with an $18 sticker job*) on the route, and some of the Phillips are up to $45, along with quite a few at base

Other pins on the route are starting to drop and I still have a few days to go before I can start booking.

Route is probably not going to happen the way things are rolling.

Schedule juggling is so much fun. On the plus side, the first day's Chevrons are booked, and, if everything else falls apart, I can just let them dissolve.

Classes start in late August, and my schedule is not as conducive as usual for the kind of routes I like to book.

*I will eyeball locations while on a route and do them if there are no stickers on the pumps

I used to like doing gas stations for Maritz. I don't think I have a 20 pump station in me any more. Then again, if the price was right.
I don't see that right price around my area though.

Heard!

I've taken some 8-to-12-pumpers for $35 + reimbursement. I'd need more than that to do 16. More than 16 is not worth considering unless we're talking at least twice that much bonus.

There's one with 18 pumps under two canopies that I refuse to do anymore. Staff uses the 2nd canopy as a personal parking area, and it's a pain to track down multiple people to get to them to move their cars.

Yeah, one I used to do, the owner always parked in front of a pump and would not move her car. After asking once, I shot around it on later visits and added notes. I was never questioned. She said it had to be there so customers would know she was there.

It was not the best area no there was no one chomping at the bit for this job.

Maritz had their issues but decent people overall.

I have done shops in states where there is legalized gambling (machine slots and video poker at gas stations). Those sites always seem to have a customer parking in front of a pump and, I'm assuming, playing the machines. As far as I'm concerned, if there are empty cars parked in front of pumps, I just take a pump side shot photo and explain in the comments why I did so.
But, always report what you know, not what you assume to be true.
Of course, if I notice the owner moving the car, I'll retake the photo. This is while I'm still at the site uploading and naming the photos I took.
Otherwise, I move on. It has never been an issue.
The 6 remaining ones I'm eyeing are now up to $150 per.

I have to wait another 4 hours or so to claim the first on the list, and that will determine how I piece together that leg of my route.

For the first time since I started doing gas routes I'm booking locations for multiple trip outcomes.

Because the Shells are 48-hour windows, if they get snagged before my schedule allows, I will be heading in a different direction on a couple of days.

The last 4 would be on the same day, with about a 30-minute drive between them, requiring at least a couple of different claiming windows. I'll grab the furthest away pair as soon as I have the window for them and hope the others will still be around a few hours later.

While I will continue to grouse about all the extra effort it takes to put my trips together, in this instance I'm thankful the app-based gigs can be cancelled at will and the web-based ones can be rescheduled to an earlier date to force them off my board.

My first two hotel nights are freebies, so that will help with expenses vs. gross receipts should somebody snag Shells ahead of me

Dude at 150 per I would getting a room and playin really cool music. Probably lots of AC DC and Van Halen.
And now it looks like none of them will happen. When I claimed the first one, it came back with a window of 1 day and 13 hours for completion. It's the end of the round, and they cut them off at 8AM on Monday, August 4, even though the app indicated there were 48 hours to complete.

cool, yea, the last few my son claimed ended at 8 am the following day. He drove overnight and got 3 done before that, then he did 4 more, so I'm guessing they put them back on the board when they timed out.
I was on vacation in ME and grabbed 4 @ $75 each. I was literally driving by them on my way north.
A couple of years ago I got in an accident and missed several bonused shops and was banned from gas shops for this company. Anyone know who I grovel to in order to be reinstated? This was back before they were ishop first or presto and actually had a scheduler but I don't see that info now and so I am not sure who to contact.
Do you actually do them at the starting price?
They are now on Presto not Ipsos. Use a different email
I just did 4 @ $200 each. I could never imagine doing these for $14 each smh. Thankfully no one in my area does these at the starting rate either. Seeing you have to take photos of every pump there are other jobs out there that are easier than doing one of these for $14
I never do this brand for base. Far and away the most involved shop of any of the brands I do (banned from Sinclair).

I will always Google a location and get a pump count before accepting, unless the bonus is huge.

There are a couple of usual suspects I pretty much refuse to do anymore, regardless of the pay.

One has two canopies and the employees use the second one for a parking lot.

The other has no convenience store. Just a couple of vending machines and crappy coffee. And the owner is an a**hole.

Reminds me of a nasty site experience station I did which was sketchy enough during the day. Recently, having forgotten the address I inadvertently assigned it to myself again. It was supposed to open at 5am, according to corporate. I got there at 5:39. Still dark. Not open. But there were at least 10 people - no cars - milling about in various degrees of relaxation. Some sitting or lying on the spit, gum and snot laden pavement. Yes, laying down! Some arguing. Yeah, nope. I just went onto my next site. That was weeks ago. It's still on the board all by itself.
I did a couple of Shells for $150 each and a few Phillips at $45 a piece.
