Buffaloe Wild Wings-Bonus

Do these jobs ever bonus? I have a close one just sitting there, but I was there (different one) just last week. I can grab it now and do it next week but hate to leave anything on the table.

Thanks

Dan

MSC with MAO (Make an Offer)? I've seen this with three different MSC. Making sure. smiling smiley

It is not that one. I could as this job is aged, though honestly I feel the offered fee is fair. I would not mind getting the due date out a few more days by waiting and even if they added just 5.00 I would be happy.
Dan, the last BWW shop I completed for the current MSC paid $25, BUT, that was 10 mos. ago. In the past several yrs., I have always held out for a minimum of $25. I quite enjoy the food, but I am content to sit if the cash is not to my liking.
Damn Bob,

25.00 plus 30.00 in food. I could eat there once a week for that. I have 2 quite local ones, already did one and other I am looking at. Kind of wondering why it is sitting there. I got a decent meal and 2 beers out of it and was happy. Report was reasonable.
There are 2 types of BWW shops. One with the burger man place that does regular dining and just started doing them a couple months ago.

The other BWW is a bar audit and has changed MSC multiple times, has a 1 hour requirement and supposed to sit at bar and watch activity. These are the ones I think you are talking about have a bonus. They also have to increase the age limit to try and fill the shops too.

I don't bother with the bar scenario ones. I'm not doing this to make $. I want to go eat and like tuesday BOGO wings and don't want to have to pay attn to specific details at the bar.

@87Supra...i think you need to be specific when posting which one you are asking about.

I'm also guessing you had a 1987 Toyota Supra from your name? (i remember my 88 celica gt)
I've gotten bonuses but only when picking up a shop on short notice, someone else had dropped or had theirs excluded.

ETA: I was talking about the MAO place. I see now you meant the bar compliance place and I don't do those.

Thanks, I still have a 87 Supra Turbo with 75k miles on it and it is not stock.

I am doing the "watch for shady practices" one. I don't deal with the other MSC much anymore. I have done those in the past and don't mind. I have spent enough time in bars over the years that knowing what a bartender should and should not be doing is not hard to spot for me.
The "MAO" msc does have bonuses when it's rushing to get an assignment in similar to when they bonus for their too many men burger place.

I like these dining shops. I won't bother with the bar compliance. I don't care enough to pay attn to those details and i'm not fond of that msc either. I can easily pay attn to the dining scenario. Not too many details needed.
Sup, in my area, the bar audits provide $30 for food AND the required drink. As my liquid of choice is water, that fact matters to me. In addition, as Daddy stated, a minimum of an hour is required. That also matters, as it does not take me 60 minutes to dine. Finally, the report is definitely not one I consider easy. I would guess the sum of returned reports from the 3 MSCs for whom I have completed this work since 2015 at 1/2 doz. With one, I was so flustered with the editor, I sent her a letter requesting the shop be scrubbed and that I was abandoning both the fee and reimbursement. She mellowed out on her demands and I was paid.

In my opinion, some editors, schedulers. managers and/or owners are so accustomed to desperate shoppers, they forget we are not all in need of their work.

While typing this post, I decided to raise my minimum BWW to $30 each for the fee and reimbursement.

The above applies only to the bar audits. The dining room work I have completed has been considerably different.
I guess it depends on the MSC. I did one for $40 plus $35 in reimbursement but that was because it was the last week it had to be completed.
I am holding out for now. My heart will not break if someone else grabs it. Though if I start feeling hungry one night.....
Then again, I could do an MOA with this MSC, most they could say is no.
There are wing shops that just popped up here which I'm guessing MAY be BWW competitor shops where you have to order wings over the phone for take out with a specific sauce. Pay is $15 reimbursement with no fee. No thanks.
I saw BWW shops on a MSC website that I haven't looked at often. I did a bunch of phone shops for them at $15 each back in 2013 and 2014, but only one shop since then, last year. I applied for one where I'm going to be in the next few days, I guess I'll see what that gets me. Unfortunately I can't download the guidelines, there is no mechanism, short of copying and pasting into a Word document, to save them on my desktop.
Duplicate, I apparently fell into a glitch.

I'm thinking about doing the bar one. It's $30 reimb and $10 fee. The ordering requirements are one drink and one appetizer or entree or wing order plus 20% tip. Can I get an appetizer and an entree and two beers and pay the difference? I would be going by myself but only one drink and sitting for an hour does not compute.
@Tiffany0921

Why would you do the bar one? You need the $10 that bad to do all the extra work? If the fee was $20, I might understand why, but a $30+$10 vs a $35 + $0, I'm taking the dining for $35 and going on a tuesday with BOGO traditional wings. I am not interested in doing heavily detailed work and having to stay for at least 1 hour for $10. I want to enjoy my food and the game(s) i'm watching and leave when I want to leave.
You can get whatever you want after ordering the requirements.

I don't see the other one available in the multiple men MSC, but every round there's a BWW bar shop that languishes on another MSC. I honestly don't know what "extra work" would be involved as I haven't done either one at BWW.
I found the compliance shop easy but there were only a few people at the bar. 2 large draft beers made the hour pass quickly. Food was decent as well.
The compliance shop is all about making sure the bartender is not doing anything funny. Not hard to spot, if you pay attention.
Not a big fan of Buffaloe wings. They’re either too saucy or too dry. Anything pre-cooked and thawed gives me a stomach ache.
@Tiffany0921

The one with the burger msc is just a dining shop that is very easy. Very little to pay attention to. No 1 hour requirement. Not forced to sit at bar counter.

The bar compliance ones you see you have to sit at bar counter. Summertime might not be an issue, but good luck with that during NFL and NBA. Also have to stay 60 minutes and there is much more detail involved.

I get one (or more) from the burger place each month since they added this client. I am happier with those and have never bother with the bar one. I saw the report one time and told them to cancel it. maybe it's easier now with the current "C" Sassie company.
I prefer Wing Stop to BWW. I like my wings crispy on the outside, and fully cooked on the inside, and lightly tossed in sauce, not dripping and slimy. I've done BWW wings shops several times, and I've only had wings I couldn't eat one time, and that was in CA, when I first started shopping. I'm looking forward to the shops that I've been assigned. The lunch shop reimburses $30 and the dinner shop reimburses $45, in addition to better pay than most restaurant shops, and I'm not required to sit in the bar.
It's a toss up for me. I think Wingstop is overpriced for what I like. I won't go to BWW without the deal, but at least they offer a deal. BWW is inferior on the soda front. BWW offers nasty Pepsi products while Wingstop uses Coca-Cola.

I love Atomic, Cajun, and Mango Habanero from Wingstop. I like Mango Habanero and Garlic Parmesan from BWW. The fries at Wingstop are far superior to the fries at BWW.

BWW has a rewards/loyalty program. I do not believe WS has one.

For your birthday, you get 6 free wings at BWW. For your birthday, WS gives you a large fries (real generous of them).

The nice part about WS is that you don't have to tip cuz it's fast food. Where you dine at BWW...you are an ahole for not tipping.

If BWW did not have the BOGO tuesday's, then I would go to WS, but because I can get 2x the wings on Tuesday's, I will take BWW.

There is a small chain where I live that does 69 cent wings on Tuesday's. I like that place, but they are not shopped. Now that I can get dining scenario BWW, that is my go-to place. I remember when WS was shopped. If they still are shopped, then apparently I don't know who with.
I don't know if wing stop is shopped or not. The only reason I ever got to try their wings was because someone canceled a door dash order after my son picked it up. Now when I want to pay for wings on my own dime, I go to wing stop.
