“You’re fired”

So, according to the Mystery Shopping Goddess (IYKYK) it’s OK to tell an employee on a shop that they will be fired….SMH

Are you talking about Tic Tac girl? Can I ask why you bother watching?
Oh that brain-dead scammer is still going? Wow...I would have thought she'd gotten a few C&D's by now.
I can't see her TikTok's because she blocked me long ago. She does pop up on my facebook. She also will comment that the company agreed with her in regards to employees being rude. She is currently featuring some of her clients testamonials after one month of shopping, etc.. Its just hilarious. I feel like some may be newbies here on this forum.
I must admit that it can be amusing (especially the comments roasting her).

Is there such a thing as ‘toxic femininity?’ Is referring to yourself as a ‘goddess’ an instant qualifier? How does one expect to hold down a job utilizing a self-anointed ‘goddess’ label without getting fired themselves? I would imagine it’s just a matter of time…
Crazy thing is this isn't my 1st time hearing someone tell an employee this. I told this story before here but during one of my routes for gas station inspections, I came across a guy that almost turned down letting me complete the inspection (my guidelines stated that he was allowed to decline). He was still on the fence until I told him I couldn't make him do anything and it's okay if he doesn't feel comfortable with it and he gave me the go ahead because I was upfront about it. He told me that the last MS (an elderly couple) came to the store and threaten to have him fired and the store taken if he didn't let them do the site inspection. After I was done I went to the next station on my route not too far from the previous one and they had the same exact story down to the threats.

FWIW back when I did some gas station inspections I actually did pull something close to "Enjoy being fired" on a manager who accosted me for doing my job. I told him why I was there after my cover was blow, was supposed to be under cover but oh well, and he still wouldn't accept why I was there. His loss.

I have had this happen to me on numerous occasions. I had one scheduler tell me they (the gas station) do have the right to report the shoppers in question to their jobber, and they can and will be taken off the program if enough companies complain. I was at a Marathon in Kentucky in 2021, back when it was with the other company, not the current one. The woman said, "Hey, I have a question for you before you get started." She went into a laundry list of issues about the last shopper. I told her to contact the jobber, and they have the right to ask them to be removed. So she pulls out the report she received and asks me all kinds of questions about it. She said it wasn't fair that I was there before they could resolve everything.

This happens more often than not. They are usually shocked that I will have a conversation with them. My stance is, "When I am on a route, the only people that see me are the person behind the counter. If I go missing on a route and they see me on the 10 o'clock news, I would hope one of them would remember me as the kind mystery shopper and report seeing me." I do a lot of rural shopping, I talk to my husband all the time, but I do not have a phone buddy outside of him, like some shoppers do.
I miss those other company marathon jobs. Did stuff in MI, OH, IN, KY. Lot of nice drives on good 2 lanes once you get away from the city.
Her whole narrative around firing people is so obtuse. No company is using a mystery shopper to fire their employees. Thats the role of HR or Company leadership, not some random chick.
@Dino29 - You made me think about those out-of-the-area places and gone missing...Everyone should have a buddy system, just in case, whenever leaving the house.
