I was laughing so hard when I got this that I just felt I HAD to share it!! The scammers have found still another way to con folks out of their money. I have no doubt that the first email correspondence after contact would be to have you send some sort of 'processing fee' or 'security against the possibility that your claim was fraudulent'.

West Africa, Nigeria, HSBC exec with a hotmail account & atrocious spelling, grammar and syntax.

This letter needs to go straight to the spam folder then be deleted for good.

Yes, I certainly appreciated the HSBC exec with a hotmail account.

Okay, definitely not unusual, like the one Flash posted, but I just got this one. Posting it in the hopes that if anyone else does and searches, they'll find that it's a scam. (I just love when these come to an email address I don't use for shopping -- makes them easy to spot without even reading!)
