eCommerce Study Wave 7 online order and pick up at a grocery store

Has anyone else had a problem with editing? I submitted a shop on 7/14/25 and it still has not been edited. I've reached out several times to IPSOS about it and have gotten the same reply each time:

Thank you for reaching out. Your survey has been received and is in the queue for the editing team. Our teams are currently working through high volumes, and we apologize for any delay. Please continue to monitor your email for any communication from the editing team regarding your survey.
Thanks for contacting the iShopFor Ipsos Shopper Support Team!

I've been waiting for almost a month for this to be edited. I contacted them, and they said they apologize for the wait.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
The one I completed on 7/16 was finally approved on 8/1 and paid on 8/4. I am still waiting on one completed 7/23 to be shown as "received" and paid.

My 1st was completed on 7/19 so that gives me hope.
So, they approved the 2 I did a few days ago, but my 4 previous ones are still just showing "complete" and have not been processed. Even the one from July 19. Sheesh.
When I read of the Ipsos problem situations, it confirms my decision to sever our relationship was correct for me. At this stage in my life, I avoid aggravation as much as possible.

I do understand that some shoppers have a financial need and that there are others for whom the company is desirable.
I haven't had a problem with IPSOS for a long time. I'm pretty sure this is just some kind of oversight, but so far I haven't been able to get anyone to investigate it. I keep getting a standard reply. I messaged support again today and waiting for a reply.
Instead of emailing the general support mailbox its probably time email Diane Paone or Carey Medina directly. Your project is held up somewhere and you'll need an actual person with experience to fix it. A month for editing isn't normal...even in their current state of being very behind.

They all have the same email format - firstname.lastname@ipsos.com

Hope they can help you.

The eCommerce shops took a long time to edit and review. The M gas station shops likewise.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

I'm fine waiting for my pay. I'm getting $50 per shop (all but 1 of the 6 shops I did were $35 reimbursement plus $15 pay and I spent around $50 in groceries delivered to my home). I'm not hurting for money, but free groceries are good.
Jusa comments--.....free groceries are good.

Bob agrees--Unfortunately for me, none of the shoppers with information concerning free gas, free food and/or free entertainment have ever been willing to share with me the specifics as to how I could avail myself of such hand-outs. MSCs have always required me to work for what I received.
I completed 4 of these on 7/19 that have not been reviewed and I completed 2 on 8/7, I just had an 8/7 report sent back to be for clarification. Wonder why they are reviewing the new ones first?
Im still waiting for my 7/23 to show as received. I wonder if they are reviewing them, but not marking as received until they receive payment from the client to pay us. The shop was not difficult, however, the slow approval time makes me hesitant to do more.

Well they approved 2 of mine from this past week but not the ones from July and the firs week of August, so I don't think that's the case.

While I get what you are saying somewhat, if you call those online order and delivery shops actual work I find that surprising. They were so simple it was ridiculous and the report took less than 10 minutes. I generally order my groceries online for curbside pickup so it's something I would have been doing anyway--from the same grocery stores I did the e-commerce shops for! And the fee of $15 was nothing to sneeze at since I didn't even have to comb my hair or interact with anyone. And I ordered more than the $35 because I wanted to, but I didn't have to do so.

I do hate when MSCs say "lunch on us" and I have to drive somewhere and fill out a tedious form (that makes it not free since I am working for sure), but this was a vastly different situation.
I agree they are easy, but I'm hesitant to do anymore until I see if the one I did ever gets finalized. I don't mind waiting to get paid if I know the long wait is normal. It also could mean the clients financial status isn't good, so I probably won't do anymore.
Jusa, I am positive I would have applied for those shops. Your point is well taken.
Just picked up another one; had to be done today or tomorrow. Wondering if someone flaked on the July shop or if this is a new round. This was for curbside, the ones I did in July were for delivery. The ones I did in July just got completed earlier this week.
Pretty sure they're flakes. Or, in the case of the ones now posted around me, they don't do pickup or delivery at those stores, but they're still posted as pick up or delivery and they're going to be put on and off the board ad nauseum. It's not a new round - When each round comes out, they raise the number (I've done these shops for waves 5/6/7, and there are many months between each "wave" )

The shop I submitted 0n 7/14/25 was finalized on 8/16.
There are none showing on the board in my area.
Mine finally got finalized!

yea ipsos has been slow as of late but once received get paid quickly. the eCommerce ones took a while but eventually got received. I'm pretty sure I messed up on all 3 I was assigned and my write up was wrong also but they accepted it and gave me a 10/10 so can't complain.
I still have 3 more to get approved, but I got paid for 2 of them today. I have no doubt that the rest will get approved and paid, just not sure when.
All four of my July e-commerce shops were received. Three of the shops were paid today, but one shop did not get paid yet. Odd as it was the first shop that I did of the four shops, ad the first one to be edited & received.
Update: after almost 1 month (shop completed 7/23) my shop was sent back asking for a receipt with the store address. The receipt from this particular grocery chain does not list the stores address. It’s the only receipt. The receipt even says, “this is your final and compete digital receipt.” Argh… if this shop is rejected I’ll be furious. Has this happened to anyone else?

I hope it goes okay. I didn't realize this MSC was so backed up. I did a kind of complicated shop with them and had some technical difficulties and I reached out to them. Nothing back but I'm seeing why now.

Good luck to you (and me!) in dealing with them.
