Anyone feel offended by the new email regarding the TY deadline?

I wasn't offended by the original email, but I was offended when they cancelled 7 locations today without any sort of warning...and as I was already out and about. They just disappeared from the app without notification. So that made for a fun afternoon of trying to re-route.

I think this program is circling the drain.

I have never had assigned locations disappear in the app from CI. I have had assigned locations that did not show up in the app and I had to get someone to fix that.
Your saying they just removed jobs with no warning?
With that being said, I have had Ty jobs removed but got an email notice prior to removal. I never had jobs show in the app in the AM and had them disappear as I was driving around.
I found out they just took some of my stores as I was completing them and I had a 178 store visits a month. Down to 107. Now that’s shady to me. I went did a job for another company at a gas station and the lady told me some other lady does the TY now. BUT the store never had a display and still don’t lol. That’s why I didn’t make them a priority this month like I normally do. I’ll be finishing on Sunday.
I was offered additional stores that they took from me before and I accepted them in an email and no response to the email. SMH Every month I was missing locations I completed months before to only see them on the job board or given to someone else. Then when I asked Ashley she claims they don’t have any jobs in that area. BUT a rep is doing them. I believe the project was too huge for the CI, they needed a more organized approach.
I would have made the same comment until yesterday. I have never had a problem with locations disappearing. Then yesterday happened. No warning. I did reach out to them and they admitted they removed locations last minute.

Is it a specific store brand they are removing? This is getting wild.

That really sux. I was thinking of setting up a road trip for the end of the month. Were they just like random locations or all one brand of store?
For my area it was mostly gas stations. The drug stores are still there but one manager at a drug store told me that the higher ups are thinking of breaking from TY as well.

I went back and looked. I had a few removed a couple months ago. The email came in the morning and when I looked they were gone in the app. They were locations that had no display or product. I just figured CI was a little slow on picking up the "store no sell product" part.

I guess if I do try to set something up, I will speak to the "powers that be" to confirm there will be no surprises once I get on the road.
Not the same brand. Two grocery stores (Same brand), three drug stores (different brands) and two 7-11s.

Does anyone know the name of the other Mac that does the project before CI. Kind of interested in opening an acc and see if the accounts that were removed from me are showing up over there.

And yes I received email from Ashley this week and 5 were removed from me as well

Previously, Ty had local account reps who merchandised the stores and placed orders. They let those people go and moved to a third party (the current merchandising company) to take over the store merchandising.

From the looks of things, the ordering part has not transitioned smoothly.

There doesn't appear to be another "Mac" involved here. I'm not familiar with that acronym, however.

Merchandising (A?) Company. And it appears to have been Crossmark...maybe.
It looks like lots of people did not make it past the deadline. There's many stores that got kickback to the drawing board today for grab at $18 per visit

Everything around here got done with the exception of the stores that are way off the beaten path. They are all still sitting there at $18. My TYs are done and now I have nothing to do. Have only been able to pick up a few random jobs this week.
Are you guys getting emails about TY jobs on the board? I used to get them all the time till I got a new scheduler in the area. I went from 50 stores to 5.

No I don't think I ever got any email for jobs on board ever.....maybe except yesterday asking for help with tons of jobs that need coverage. But my hands are tight thanks to their new policy, nothing much I can do.

I don't get any anymore either. Not sure why
I've never done this job but I got 15 emails about it today.
Now that they went monthly the rate is low as it takes close to an hour at many drug stores and supermarket locations with large round displays. Every single one I had was total chaos as the employees never bother with the displays. We are also not talking about the displays that needed to be built and were everywhere at a competiting drug store chain and CI should have warned us about it. They are reaching a level that is not worth it. This round was not well coordinated and over the place. I assume because there were new people and Guillermo became the top dog on the project. Ashley and Rachel, oh let me roll my eyes.
I thought I was the only one who thought this! The displays are horrible. The employees just stuff the animals on the display with. I thought process I to it! I had ALOT of new displays. I told them that I. The comments about the overstuffed displays. They do t care. I'm waiting on this new gig to pick up I and I plan on dropping the TY completely. It's not with the pay & driving . And well new schedulers not even a year in don't look good either. The project just all over the place.

During one of my routes, I went to a gas station with 2 displays and they had the plushies piled on one another. The cashier said she got bored and just started putting all the plushies on the display that could fit and then began stacking them on each other when there was no more room. There were at least 10 plushies per section just stuffed into the displays to the point the guards keeping them in were close to coming off. Then some of them were Halloween and Holiday plushies that had to be removed at that time to be marked for clearance. I spent about 45 minutes getting that display reorganized while she kept apologizing to me for it. Luckily, that store was my last stop, but that took the longest for me to redo.

I've had a lot of them like that. It's not worth the pay at all!
When I was doing the project, one store would stuff the display. The items took up space in the back room, and they sold pretty well, so the store just loaded the display up when they would get a shipment. Trying to do an inventory count on it and organize it neatly took forever.
@joanna81 @cmrgray @nikkinicky @Marta24 I am having the same experiences. I am spending forever in locations, and don't get me started on the staff.
