Did anyone do the last round of bonused dine in shops where the instructions said to order the Jr Whopper and a drink? I just noticed that they did not include the drink in the reimbursement for the shops I did. Anyone else see this?

The AI testing of the drive thru is what my local shops are posting. You can only order a Whopper Jr, (no sides, no drink, no cheese) and the reimbursement is way more than the sandwich, but you can't get anything else!
Yes, that's what they're doing this round. Originally the dine in shops in the last round were Whopper Jr only, but when they started to bonus them, they added the "order a whopper jr and a drink" verbiage. I got some decent bonuses on the two I did, but it is the principal of the reimbursement that I'm concerned about. If you tell me to order x and y with reimbursement up to $ZZ, then you should also pay me for y if the total cost is less than $ZZ, which it is in this case.
For the two I did that included a drink, the reimbursement line is showing the cost of both items. Definitely contact the MSC to see if they can fix it if it still shows only the burger being reimbursed.
I just heard from the MSC. They are saying that the drink is an option, not required. They are NOT going to reimburse for it. I'm not sure how,

"You will enter the location, go to the counter and order a Whopper Jr & a Small drink."

makes that an option. I guess you were lucky in that whoever processed you shop can read and comprehend what they read.

I may have to go terminator Bob on this MSC.
if I remember correctly mine was chicken finger and fries, reimbursement was huge amount but they also want me to test out the coupon that is expired already.. I no longer have the shopper guide on my hand if I think but the detail guide did say drinks are not reimburseable?
I just got a revised response to my inquiry. They ARE reimbursing for drinks for dine-in shops done after August 21 (which mine were.) They've already changed the reimbursement amount on my shop log. They are not reimbursing for the drive-thru shops and the original dine shops prior to August 21. That's where the confusion came from.

Is anyone else having problems on the website? Or it because I changed my settings?

Anyone care to hint as to which MSC does the bk? Thanks
Rosie.....

I'm going to level with you. I love the sea. It's my favorite type of vacation.
@BabyBooey19 - Hilarious! Thanks for the laugh. I hope Rosie chuckled, too.
Well thanks for the clues!

I found one with a $20 bonus, 180 miles from me. I think I'll pass this time.
I was able to get a $40 bonus on the last one I did. That's as high as I've seen.
In August I did 2 BK's in Oregon for up to $15 reimbursement for a small Whopper Combo...plus a fee .Cost of both were in the $11-$12 range.
I"m weird in that - I can't stand the SmartPhone stuff. Recording calls, taking pictures - especially without being noticed. Honestly give me a few paragraphs of narrative vs pictures and I'm a happy camper smiling smileysmiling smiley Which is too bad because I love BK food..... maybe I'll re-look at the shops but at first glance there seemed to be many pictures. Ditto Jersey Mike--- I honestly can't tell the difference between the 'unacceptable' pics and good ones. Either way, enjoy - -I enjoy their food way more than the other burger place. Yes, I'm serious smiling smiley
Bababooey, I think the JM pics are showing you examples of acceptable vs unacceptable amounts of debris on the slicers, not that the pics themselves are good or bad. I have never had a JM pic refused. I take a pic of the slicer, the front drop in/toppings area, and one overall of the front line. If there's a second sub make area behind the main line, I take a pic of that, too. If the toppings are low, I take a pic of the topping(s) themselves.
Thanks for that.

Question...it's a small shop. Don't the employees notice you taking the pictures? I'd also guess that 70% of the stores will have an owner working there hands on and usually they are not buried in their phones, they are looking around and aware.
There are usually some booths that are partially obscured from the counter if you're concerned about that, but honestly, no one is paying attention to you and the pictures aren't hard to get.
