Website report submissions vs. App report submissions?

When you have the choice whether to submit a report to a website (using the MSCs reporting system on their website) or via the MSC's App reporting system, which do you prefer and why?
Do you think the submitted info and formats, etc. could be different on the MSC's end, from what they see when they look at your data?

I think nearly all the data is basically the same, except for the photographs. Some of the Apps do not seem to process them as well. I understand people that prefer the Apps because they are on the go and entering the shops on their phones. If I am in need to enter them while on the go, I will use my iPad Pro, since I will access the website to make sure my photographs are just as intended, with clarity and such. Even the App will work better on my iPad than on a phone. If entering at home, same thing or MacBook. If I am doing a quick Presto shop that does not require more than 5 pictures, I will use the App on my iPhone. I cannot stand entering a more involved shop or audit on a phone, because it seems like when I am in a hurry, something happens and I have to start all over with the entries.
I prefer using the website for both Shopmetrics and Sassie, regardless of the MSC. I've never tried to use the Presto website when I'm working, and the app works just fine (most of the time). I don't like bringing work home if I can avoid it. ISS is a little quirky, but the app isn't difficult to use.
Without question, I will use my desktop over a phone app if at all possible unless I am on an out-of-town route of several shops with no narratives, in which I will use the isecretshop app or Presto, both of which have their faults that a pc does not have. Gas stations now require using the Presto app, but I always save for later and check the report when I get to a pc or laptop. Presto often loses my photos, so this is necessary. Even if submitted a MF shop with my smartphone while away from home, I woud use the MF website instead of their app which does not work well.

1. Most phone apps do not work as well as website apps; Some do not work at all.
2. Phone app display is so tiny and often does not display the same as a website.
3. Narrative-intensive reports are practically impossible compared to typing on a normal size keyboard with both hands. And no, speech-to-text is not an acceptable substitue unless reporting onl a few words.
4. I have 3 widescreen monitors on my desktop and can open 6 windows side-by-side (time is money).
5. There is no practical drag-and-drop ability on the phone app (time is money).
6. It is easy to type in MS Word and copy and paste into a web form with a computer (data backup).
7. Phone apps often malfunction in the middle of a report and lose data.
Websites on the phone whenever possible. Even Presto. In fact I haven't worked for Trendsource since they required using their app (pay rates simply don't justify the extra trouble).

I will fill out any report I can with the app; especially while onsite. When I get home, everything has been submitted.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I do sassie and shopmetrivia webpage as i have no idea sassie has an app, and I can never figure out how to connect shopmetric to MSC with their app. I do submit report via app for presto. It seems fine 98% of the time for me. and when I used to do ISS, I submit report via their app as well. I know some ppl do not like ISS app, personally I have no issue with that app neither,
ISS and Presto can be used via their websites and the formats look exactly the same as the apps.

ISS is not the same when it comes to uploading photos or drawing a signature. ISS website display is a little different on a smartphone than on a computer. Presto is exatly the same on a computer and works much better.
I draft narrative heavy reports onsite on websites with my phone and finalize them at home (using the website on my phone). If there is little or no narrative, I submit the report before I leave the premises.
