Panda Shop

I completed a Panda shop yesterday and submitted it as soon as I got home. Now, I received an email telling me my shop was removed because it wasn't entered by the deadline. I've sent messages and texts to my scheduler, but haven't received a response. Has this happened to anyone else?

Just because you filled it out does not mean it was submitted. I have not seen this happen. i am not claiming you did not submit it. I'm only saying there is a "save feature" and a "submit feature" in Sassie. You have to submit it and see it as "completed" in the shop log.

If you are saying you did that and it was still rejected, that is a different issue that I have no experience with.

It was not saved, but submitted. I've done hundreds of these shops and I know the difference. I waited to get the message that it was submitted and I thought that was the end of it. I have no idea why it didn't go through.
I had something similar happen with a gas station audit a few weeks ago. The Sassie platform glitched, and it showed submitted on my page, then the page went blank. I thought it had submitted and didn't think twice about it, but I got an email from my scheduler asking if there was a problem and why it wasn't submitted. Sure enough, the shop wasn't submitted, I submitted it right then, and I emailed the scheduler and told her what happened. She said she figured there was something wrong, which is why she asked before she removed the shop from me.
Panda shops get cancelled overnight if they are not submitted. I forgot this a couple of times, and I've had no problems contacting the scheduler and re-taking the shop if it's still available.
OP said they submitted "as soon as they got home." Not sure how "soon" that was. Was there an 8 hour casino visit in between the panda visit and making it home?

On the surface, doing a panda shop (they have to be open until maybe 9pm), and you go right home, you should be able to submit it pretty quickly.

There are no details from the OP about what time they did the shop and what time they got home and submitted the report.

I'm giving the OP the benefit of the doubt that they submitted before midnight

Panda now at $11 reimburse instead of $10. Most the 2 item plates i get are in the high $10.60-$10.80 range, so that's nice I dont come out of pocket for the extra $1 now
I have heard of some submitting before midnight on the west coast or central areas and that was past midnight on the east coast, and they were denied and/or the shop disappeared. I have also seen some grace shown, where in my own case, a shop did not fall off after east coast midnight and I had submitted it technically late by east coast time standards.

And lastly, when I have had a shop that had a range of due dates and I selected the furthest away date, I could still do the shop on the earliest date. (Some shops allow this). So, when midnight occurred on the east coast, I was not affected because my shop had a future due date and they did not count that against me on the typical submission rule for same day. It saved me when I had many shops to enter when I got back home and was entering past midnight. I hope I did not just jinx myself.
they are sticklers about getting it in by midnight. once told me i could not get paid if late. i get the shops in my midnight now.
yes, get it in by midnight so we can let it sit 2 weeks to edit it. I understand they want to have things finished and know the shop was completed. The sheer volume of shops (at least 2 scenarios) per location is an overwhelming number to monitor every month. It's nearly 2500 location just in the united states alone. A project that massive needs to make sure they are on top of what is getting done and being flaked on.

I think I have gone past midnight without a problem, but i'm not going to test it just for funsies.
I did a drive-thru yesterday. It was rated and accepted three hours after I submitted it.

10 minutes last night. Almost like a gas station shop. I could not believe it.
Who's ready for a whopping 50 cent or $1 bonus for some of the shops posted today?
I ordered a bigger plate on an online order shop yesterday. Even though it seems to be ok per the current guidelines, I am hoping it gets approved without any issues.
Let us know if they allow the bigger plate. I have not looked to see if the guidelines updated recently but last month I was under the impression they said you could only order a bowl or 2 item plate and nothing else. Good luck.

Someone stated the guidelines had allowed for the bigger plate and even a drink, but maybe that was in certain markets. Not in any of the states I visited. It was still a bowl or 2 entrée plate and no drink on the guidelines I had read.
Online orders allow additional items. Not sure if in person or drive-thru do.

It asked you what you ordered and the quantity of each item
I guess I have to breakdown and do online again. I prefer drive-thru. Then online, then dine-in as a last resort. Drive-thru is the easiest for the same money.
Oniine is technically the easiest. If you can catch a drive-thru with no line, then okay, but you can also get stuck for 10 minutes in a drive-thru line.

i'll take online, then drive-thru, then dine-in.
