Question about Sonic shops

Sonic is now using most of their drive-in stalls for mobile apps. What if you have a Sonic shop for the drive-in stall and all the stalls are full, except for the ones for mobile apps?

Ask an employee to take a picture of you standing in front of all the filled spots?
Per guidelines:
If you're assigned a Drive Thru, Drive-in Stall, or Dine In and that area of the store is closed or unavailable, you should switch to a different channel. For example, if you're assigned Drive-In stall and they're all closed due to repair, you should then switch to either Drive Thru OR Dine In.

But the stalls are not closed, just all of them are full.
If the stalls are full only because they are ALL dedicated to mobile orders, then yes, you can use the other avenues as @txmama pointed out. If some of the stalls are NOT mobile order dedicated, maybe wait until someone leaves. Or get out of your car and ask the manager if any stalls are for regular orders, saying you prefer a stall. You can take a photograph of all the stalls in use for your records, discreetly, in case you are challenged by the MSC and use the drive-thru as stated.
In the past, I know that the instructions use to say that if the stalls are all full, leave and come back later.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Just leave and come back 5 minutes later.

Hmmm...have not found Sonic shops at the two previous MSCs. But they still are around. Dup post

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

I contacted the MSC and was told they would forward my message to the project manager. Leaving and going back makes it harder to finish some shops.
Stalls are not closed, just full. Nothing in the guidelines specifically addresses that. Sounds like the MSC, as they're wont to do, can reject the shop, depending on how the editor interprets the guidelines. Be wary.
Exactly, unless they were really closed, not being used at all. I have pulled up to a stall and waited, in the past, with the last MSC. Then the person finally came on the speaker to tell me they were only taking drive-thru orders. That MSC accepted my shop when I mentioned it.
