Mine worked ~12:13 but only on my phone. Not computer. Now it's gone again

Looks like I was a bit late to see the shops posted. I only saw one competitor shop. Did others have those?

melg, for some reason you have to wait when you get down to where the dates are, it'll give you dates to choose after a few seconds. I tried to get one in CO near my mother's house but it didn't switch to give me dates and I don't know Amy, so I gave up.
There were some out here on the west coast. But I was too late to get the only one I will do.
Yes, I'm familiar with the wait a few seconds and some of them populated but a few say to contact my scheduler despite waiting...and trying again.
The website didn't freeze up this time, but a lot of the ones seem like they can't be self assigned. I took a few competitor shops, but they sure went quick.
I may not make it back to the West coast in this lifetime, but I do have to visit my mother this week.. She has things that belong to me that I've been waiting over 30 years to collect.
There is a very convenient King Sooper just a couple miles from her house, I thought I could do a shop there and buy dinner for everybody while I'm visiting. She lives with 2 men (her boyfriend and my ex-husband) and IF I get lucky, I might get to take my oldest grandson with me.

I got an email last night saying they would be posted this afternoon. I checked the site, signed up for three shops on my own, and then contacted the scheduler about a 4th location near the house. It seemed to work OK with the usual quirks where it takes a while for the various lists (available shops, assigned shops, etc) to update.
I forget what the rule is, but there is a limit on the number of times you can shop a store in a program year.
So I can't self assign many stores near me until the next program year starts.

It's 15 visits per store and I'm nowhere near the limit. Two of the can't assign shops are my favorites (probably means good managers). I looked at the report for one that I want and I had one employee with no name tag. I wonder if they can ask for a different shopper.
There also used to be a daily shop limit, I think it was 4, but don't quote me on that, I'm probably wrong.
The 15 shops per year per location still stands though, for inside shops, I don't know if they differentiate between full service and self service checkout though. I should be running out of shops for one location because I keep accidentally assigning myself 2 shops at that location every round lately. I was good this round and remembered to only do it once.

Someone can't count because I have done less than 15 between 2 stores and yet the one spitting distance from my house hasn't been posted in several months.
I employ Kroger shops strictly to defray travel expenses over a 2 state area approx. 100 miles vertically and 60 horizontally. On the few occasions in the past when a select date menu was not available, I reverted to the Hub and selected another store. This past Weds., though, I needed a specific area and 9 consecutive choices were without a drop down. Later in the day, I returned and 8 of the 9 had been assigned, with the ninth having the former missing menu. My guess is either a flub or a change in the system. This could also explain why nothing showed on my end until 13:16 AND a few hundred visits had already been selected.
Of the aforementioned 9 locations, I had never shopped 2 of the stores. I verified that by scanning my log from the time the current MSC contracted with Kroger untll 07/25..

The shops are flying off the job board in my area. For the second month in a row, I could not get three of the 8 Kroger stores nearest me. One showed open for each of the three, but gave me the contact scheduler message. Even after waiting 10 minutes. I emailed the scheduler and later, after the postings were gone, she said I should have been able to self-assign.

Yesterday, I opened my Kroger envelope I had received monthly for more yrs. than I am able to recall. It had, in the past, included a dozen coupons of items I usually purchased. To my surprise, I received a new printing format consisting of 1/2 dozen coupons of food and non-food I never purchase. Hopefully, this is not a portent.
There was a message from our West Coast/ Mountain scheduler Amy that her shops will be released by time zone next month. ( Idon't know if this applies to other regions).
She also mentioned that if you are identified as a shopper that Kroger can ask that you not be assigned to a particular store, or more, and gave tips for staying under the radar.
