TESLA test drive anyone?

A Model 3 passed me on the highway while I was doing 73mph. Boy, was that Tesla drive train noisy at higher speeds. I had all my windows up too!

Various Subaru dealerships are currently offering a $50 visa cash card for taking a test drive. I might be tempted if they offer manual transmissions!
I had a weak moment on the 29th and submitted an offer that I figured would never get accepted. Surprise, instant acceptance, so guess I should have went higher! Got there and they didn’t have any inventory so I couldn’t do the test drive.
I tested a Lucid (luxury EV) and really liked it…as long as you live close enough to a dealer location to be practical. Different build than other EV’s and 460 miles on a charge for the nicer one. Amazing acceleration, handling, comfy and roomy interior space, visually attractive, and super well designed all around and no more than a Tesla upon feature comparisons.

If you think they’re noisy in the road…they sound like a jet engine taking off while charging in your garage or driveway…
