closed exxon pumps

Anyone know the fees paid if a station is under construction? I had a very nice bonused station I drove an hour to, only to find the pumps under construction. Just wonder if I'll get any of that nice bonus. Otherwise, dang.

Depends on the brand, but most pay half the fee. At least a couple pay full fee.

Edit: I see the title says Exxon. They usually pay half fee.

If the corporate website shows it as closed you'll get nothing.

I agree. I think the guidelines say to call to make sure it is open.
They used to say that. Now they just say go at least 30 minutes after it opens, etc. I guess if the corporate website says closed, they may consider that outside the open hours. The hours on the corporate website are baloney half the time anyways, and I never check them. They will say a store is open 24 hours when it actually closes at 5 p.m.,s.

Yes, it still says calling is an option but your shop will be unequivocally rejected if the call information varies in your favor from what corporate claims. Fake guidelines.
I believe you will get 1/2 the standard price, not the bonused amount. Bummer
I have received half the shop price and half the bonus, as well as half shop/full bonus.
