Yep i had to clarify as my pay went down by 60% due to the one chain gone. Not going to lie, there was a cryptic message on here about fall and i guess it was true.
I am in shock due to loss in income and need to think about this route for next month offered. But i was getting to be at my breaking point and needed to cut my route more irregardless. But it was bad last month due to low stock and I even had a manager chew me out for 10 minutes over an employee making nasty comments to me and the manager took it wrong. I really have no reason to go back to the particular location so I am clear now. but still sore it happened.

I don't have circle Ks here but I have lost a few other locations in the past few months. I also noticed that nothing went over $18 this month There are about 20 stores on the map that did not get done. Most of them were large drugstores. I have done all of them in the past and no way I am doing them for less than $25. They have several displays and a ton of product. I am sure they are all getting holiday stuff in now as well. I have also noticed that the other shopper or shoppers in my area have also dropped those same stores for probably the same reason.

I actually dumped a couple of stores because the staff verbally assaulted me.

I see them too…in fact it’s almost 35% of what the MSC posts. Thought about picking up a handful of local stops, but it would barely cover overhead so it’s cheaper to stay home.
At some point the MSC will need to keep up their end of the contact with the client and increase the fees to something more fair, or lose the client and possibly a settlement, which is far more costly than paying a decent rate for the assignment to begin with.
I gave compassion for the schedulers that have to try to book these. They’re likely not making much more than we are, or maybe they work in percentage of bookings?
Does anyone know?

My understanding is that they are hourly, because they are employees. But any money left over at the end of the quarter, they get to keep. That is why they are not bonused.
They are assigned a region and are responsible for it. They start out with a certain amount of money, and as the quarter progresses, they can increase it as needed. However, they are responsible for completing the entire region. They miss out on the bonus if not all shops are finished. They get to keep the money if all shops are completed.

So…they get a commission based on how low they can go?
I just got an email offering a “route bonus” of $12. Still won’t pay the fuel costs to do a location.
