BJ’ S gift card not received

I did the shop on September 20, 2 025.

As of this date, I have not received a gift card from MSC. I emailed scheduler yesterday and she advised me to send an email to another division of the company. 24 hours later still no response.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I received the gift card for my September shop on October 3rd.

It happened several months back. If you legitimately did the shop, they will respond and you will receive. Don't panic so quick. This is not one of the crappy MSC you have to worry about (at least not yet).

I received an email with the attached gift card yesterday for a shop completed on September 20, 2025

I just found one that went to my spam late last month. Contact your scheduler?

Glad you found it. I had 3 from September. 2 of 3 came through fine. The 3rd, I found in Spam.
