Kroger Drop in Arizona

So I knew the kroger drop would happen today, and I knew the time they would drop, but I always check early. I checked all morning and past the time they were scheduled to drop. An hour after the scheduled time, Amy emailed to say they would drop at a certain time, which was already more than an hour past. So I emailed her to say I've been checking and didn't see them. She emailed me and said they are there now. When I check, I still don't see any Kroger shops. Did anyone else deal with this? I checked all day. If I missed it and was late, I still would have seen the straggler shops that are far away. But I still see nothing.

How many were you expecting to see? Are there many stores around you? They did drop today. I was 20 minutes late, and didn't get as many as I normally do.
They dropped at 1 pm Mountain time. I was told they were dropping 1 pm Eastern time. I asked Amy which time it will be in the future; she said she would let us know.
I couldn't find where the times for each time zone was posted when I went looking for it on Tuesday. But I put in my calendar to start checking at 09:00 (CST), when I turned on the desktop computer the only shops available were Eastern time shops. And it was running very smoothly, I grabbed the GA shops I wanted and I waited for 10:00.

At about 10:05 I opened up the website again, and smooth was NOT what I experienced. I restarted the computer, I restarted my phone (because it's my internet source here at home), I disconnected the tablet from the hotspot to make sure I was getting all of the available signal. ALL of the other websites I visit regularly were working just fine and even quicker than normal. I eliminated everything that could have been an impediment, or at least everything under my control.

On CX Group's website I could open a shop, wait for it to populate, then wait longer for it to "check availability" and then pick my date, then wait even longer for the email to come through to add it to my calendar. What normally, even with the glitches, takes about 40 minutes took more than an hour. But, I did get all of the shops that I wanted, which doesn't always happen.
Just wondering, how do you know it would drop at November 5?
We would receive an email telling us that they would drop the shop soon, but I haven't received any email about it for these past few months?
