ASSISTED LIVING SHOPS

Hi peeps!
Has anyone encountered what seems to me, to be new assisted living shops. They are competitor shops.
Guidelines say the goal is to find pricing.
(They do say to read the email first which I did), however, after visiting the facility and beginning the evial it's very redundant, obscure, and unclear in its questioning!
I've shopped for twelve years, generally get nine and tens on my reports. However , these are nuts! i get one question out of two answered through the portal or no answers at all.
Now i'm concerned that they are going to just delete my shops. Ive learned by experience there's absolutely nothing that one can do about it.
I completed three of these shops and i'm in waiting for answers. They are a total of three hundred dollars.

thanks!

I'd tell them, "...you're dead to me!."

(too insensitive for an assisted living facility?)
I’ve done many.
It would help to know which MSC you’re referring to.
You’re welcome to PM me if that feels better.
Thank you very much. how do I p m you assure this site ?
Did this. The guideline doesn't mention taking a selfie but it's required on the survey. So had to go back. My shop was an hour and a half away. Pretty annoying. There's like 3 others with the same brand close to me but those haven't shown up yet. Regardless I didn't think I did a great shop and mine was approved immediately. Was very relieved. Advise take as many pictures and just dump it all in there
I've done quite a few over the years. I agree that sometimes the expectations do not match the guidelines. Try to roll with it. If you mention the MS company we can probably help you. Like many shops, the more you do, the easier it gets.
